رابطه مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان‌داده و حسابداری قانونی با نقش میانجی مهارت‌های تشخیصی در دانشجویان حسابداری نسل z

هدف مطالعه حاضر، واکاوی رابطه مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان‌داده و حسابداری قانونی با نقش میانجی مهارت‌های تشخیصی در دانشجویان حسابداری نسل z است که باتوجه‌به تفاوت‌های نسلی می‌تواند شناخت بهتری از نیازهای این نسل ارائه کند. این پژوهش ازلحاظ هدف کاربردی است و جامعه آن دانشجویان حسابداری نسل z (متولدین بین سال‌های 1373 تا 1388) در سطح کشور تشکیل می دهند. برای این منظور با کسب نظر 173 نفر از جامعه موردنظر به روش تصادفی ساده در سال 1403، موضوع بررسی شد. یافته های موردمطالعه در چهار فرضیه، توسط رویکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی و معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار smart-pls آزمون شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان‌داده و مهارت‌های تشخیصی و بین مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان‌داده و مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی و بین مهارت‌های تشخیصی و مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی، رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین، مهارت‌های تشخیصی نقش میانجی بین مهارت‌های تجزیه‌وتحلیل کلان‌داده و مهارت‌های حسابداری قانونی دارد. یافته کلی این پژوهش بیانگر توجه بیشتر به مقوله حسابداری قانونی و همچنین، تفاوت‌های بین نسلی است و لازم است توجه بیشتری به آن صورت گیرد تا بتوان افزایش کیفیت در آینده حرفه را تضمین نمود.

the relationship between big data analysis and forensic accounting skills with the mediating role of diagnostic skills in generation z accounting students

the present study aims to explore the relationship between big data analysis skills and forensic accounting with the mediating role of diagnostic skills in generation z accounting students, which, considering generational differences, can provide a better understanding of the needs of this generation. this research is practical in terms of purpose, and its population consists of generation z accounting students (born between 1994 and 2009) at the level of iran. for this purpose, by obtaining the opinion of 173 people from the target community by simple random method in 1403, the issue was investigated. the findings of the study were tested in four hypotheses by partial least squares approach and structural equations in smart-pls software. the findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between big data analysis skills and diagnostic skills, between big data analysis skills and forensic accounting skills, and between diagnostic skills and forensic accounting skills. also, diagnostic skills play a mediating role between big data analysis skills and forensic accounting skills. the overall finding of this study indicates that more attention should be paid to the category of forensic accounting, as well as intergenerational differences, and more attention should be paid to it to ensure an increase in the quality of the profession in the future.
