ارتقای آموزش حسابداری: تمرکز بر مهارت‌های نرم

پیامدهای ظهور انقلاب صنعتی چهارم نظیر تغییرات چشمگیر در تقاضا برای دانش آموختگان حسابداری با درجه بالاتری از دانش و مهارت‌، لزوم فاصله گرفتن از آموزش سنتی و استفاده از مهارت‌های نرم در کنار مباحث فنی را ضروری ساخته است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تبیین ارتقای آموزش حسابداری با تمرکز بر مهارت‌های نرم می باشد. رویکرد کیفی حاکم بر روش تحقیق، استفاده از مرور سیستماتیک ادبیات موجود در حوزه آموزش حسابداری برای پاسخ به سوالات پژوهش است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که در عصر حاضر کارفرمایان به شدت به دنبال حسابدارانی هستند که علاوه بر شایستگی‌های فنی، مهارتهای نرم را نیز در خود پرورش داده باشند. همچنین یافته ها نشان می‌دهد که مهارت‌های نرم از جمله مهارت‌های ارتباطی، کار تیمی و حل مسئله، نقش اساسی در موفقیت فارغ‌التحصیلان حسابداری در حرفه شغلی دارند. درنهایت، ارتقای آموزش حسابداری با مهارت‌های نرم از طریق استفاده از روش‌های آموزشی نوین، مانند آموزش‌های مبتنی بر پروژه، شبیه‌سازی‌های تعاملی و یادگیری تجربی، روش تدریس دانشجو محور و پر کردن فاصله تئوری و عمل در آموزش حسابداری امکان‌پذیر است. این پژوهش به ادبیات حوزه آموزش حسابداری افزوده و با توجه به نیازهای واقعی بازار کار، بینش جدیدی برای مدرسان در ارتقای آموزش حسابداری و برنامه‌ریزان آموزشی در طراحی برنامه های درسی موثرتر فراهم می‌آورد.

the consequences of the emergence of the fourth industrial revolution, such as significant changes in the demand for accounting graduates with a higher degree of knowledge and skills, have made it essential to move away from traditional education and to incorporate soft skills alongside technical subjects. the aim of the present study is to explore the enhancement of accounting education with a focus on soft skills. the qualitative approach governing the research method involves a systematic review of the existing literature in the field of accounting education to answer the research questions. the findings indicate that in the current era, employers are increasingly seeking accountants who not only possess technical competencies but have also developed soft skills. additionally, the results show that soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, play a crucial role in the success of accounting graduates in their professional careers. ultimately, enhancing accounting education with soft skills is achievable through the use of innovative teaching methods, such as project-based learning, interactive simulations, and experiential learning, as well as student-centered teaching approaches that bridge the gap between theory and practice in accounting education. this research contributes to the literature in the field of accounting education and provides new insights for educators in enhancing accounting education and for curriculum planners in designing more effective curricula, taking into account the real needs of the job market.
