نقش مسئولان در پیشرفت اقتصادی درون زا با تاکید بر آموزه های قرآنی و بیانات رهبر انقلاب(حفظه الله)

در سال‌های اخیر که کشور گرفتار آسیب‌های متنوع اقتصادی از جمله تحریم‌های ظالمانه است، راهبردهایی از سوی رهبر معظم انقلاب ارائه شده است؛ که یکی از مهم‌ترین آن ها، استفاده از ظرفیت‌های داخلی یا دنبال نمودن «پیشرفت اقتصادی درون‌زا» است. این راهبرد بی‌گمان از ارکان اصلی اقتصاد مقاومتی بوده و می‌تواند اثر سیاست‌های خصمانه خارجی را تا حدّ زیادی کاهش دهد و تحقق آن، بطور عمده، مستلزم مشارکت سه رکن مردم، نخبگان جامعه و مسئولان است. این مقاله از میان این سه رکن، بر نقش مسئولان متمرکز شده و با محوریت قرآن، روایات و بیانات رهبر انقلاب بر اساس روش توصیفی و تحلیلی، به استخراج و تبیین این عامل اهتمام ورزیده است. بررسی‌ها نشان می دهد، مسئولان از یک سو در بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت‌های طبیعی کشور همچون معادن، زمین ها و نفت دارای نقش هستند؛ و از سوی دیگر، خود به عنوان یک شاخه از ظرفیت‌های انسانی کشور مورد توجه‌اند. این تاثیرگذاری، شامل: اجرای عدالت، مبارزه با فساد، کارآفرینی، جلوگیری از اسراف و... است.

in recent years, when the country is suffering from various economic damages, including cruel sanctions, strategies have been presented by the supreme leader of the revolution; one of the most importantof which is using domestic capacities or pursuing endogenouseconomic progress. this strategy is undoubtedly one of the mainpillars of the resistance economy and can reduce the effect of hostileforeign policies to a great extent, and its realization mainly requiresthe participation of the three pillars of the people, the elites of thesociety, and the officials. among these three pillars, this article focuseson the role of the officials, and with the focus on the quran,traditions, and statements of the leader of the revolution based onthe analytical descriptive method, it has tried to extract and explainthis factor. investigations showed that on the one hand, officialshave a role in utilizing the natural capacities of the country such asmines, fields, and oil; and on the other hand, they are considered as a branch of human capacities of the country. this influence includes the administration of justice, the fight against corruption, entrepreneurship, the prevention of extravagance, etc.
