آسیب شناسی مدیریت و سازماندهی سیاسی فضای جهانی

با توجه به نابرابری‌های سیاسی، ژئوپلیتیکی و اقتصادی موجود در ساختار حال حاضر فضای جهانی و غلبه الگوی قطبی مرکز- پیرامون بر این فضا، امکان تداوم و پایداری فضای جهانی را با موانع بیشماری از بحرانها و بی‌ثباتی‌های مستمر مواجه نموده است. پرسش مهمی که در این رابطه قابل طرح می باشد آن است که، برای تغییر بنیادین فضای کنونی جهان از وضعیت نامتوازن و غیرپایدار کنونی به وضعیت پایدار و متوازن، چه اقداماتی ضرورت دارد؟ بر همین اساس، هدف مقاله حاضر آسیب‌شناسی وضعیت نامطلوب مدیریت و سازماندهی فضای کنونی جهان در وجوه ژئوپلیتیکی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و دیگر ابعاد فضا در وهله نخست و پیشنهاد و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب و موثر در جهت تغییر اساسی شرایط کنونی و نیل به ساختاری عادلانه، متوازن و پایدار در فضای جهانی است. پژوهش حاضر با رویکردی مساله محور و در قالب توصیفی- تحلیلی تدوین شده است. یافته‌های این مقاله نشان می‌دهد چنانچه مجموعه‌ای از اقدامات ضروری نظیر تغییر بنیادی رویکرد حاکم بر مناسبات بین‌المللی در زمینه‌های سیاسی، ژئوپلیتیکی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، امنیتی... و دیگر اقدامات مشابه در مناسبات بین‌المللی به مورد اجرا گذارده شود، امکان تغییر وضعیت نامتوازن کنونی در فضای جهانی به وضعیت مطلوب، و متوازن وجود داشته و از این طریق دستیابی به صلح و امنیت جهانی ممکن می شود.

given the existing political, geopolitical, and economic inequalities within the current global space structure and the dominance of the core-periphery model over this space, thesustainability and continuity of the global space are faced with numerous obstacles, including ongoing crises and instability. an important question in this regard is: what actions are necessary to fundamentally transform the current world order from its unbalanced and unsustainable state to a stable and balanced one? accordingly, the goal of this paper is to analyzethe undesirable status of the management and organization of the current global space in terms of geopolitical, economic, social, and other dimensions, and to propose effective solutions forfundamentally changing the current conditions and achieving a just, balanced, and sustainable global structure. this research is problem-oriented and presented in a descriptive-analyticalframework. the findings of the paper indicate that if a series of essential actions, such as a fundamental shift in the approach governing international relations in political, geopolitical,economic, social, security, and other relevant areas, are implemented, it would be possible to transform the current unbalanced state of the global space into a desirable and balanced one.through this transformation, global peace and security can be achieved.
