آسیب شناسی فقهی - فرهنگی رفتارهای هنجارشکنانه چهره‌های مشهور ورزشی و رسانه‌ای در فضای مجازی

با توجه به برخی هنجارشکنی‌ها و اقدامات برخی از همسران و خود افراد مشهور که در جامعه بازخورد زیادی داشت؛ این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل پیامدهای هنجارشکنی اخلاقی و فرهنگی همسران افراد مشهور (بازیگران و ورزشکاران) در جامعه انجام شده است و تاثیرات این رفتارها را بر نهاد خانواده، ارزش‌های اجتماعی و الگوسازی برای جوانان تحلیل می‌کند. مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی و تحلیلی و با بهره جستن از روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای به جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها پرداخته است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که هنجارشکنی‌های اخلاقی همسران افراد مشهور و ورزشکاران می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی نامناسب برای جامعه، به‌ویژه جوانان عمل کند و بنیان‌های اخلاقی خانواده را تهدید نماید. همچنین، نمایش سبک زندگی غیرمتعهدانه در فضای مجازی و رسانه‌ها منجر به تقلید کورکورانه و دوری از هنجارهای بومی مذهبی می‌شود و بحران هویت فرهنگی را دامن می‌زند. از سوی دیگر، واکنش‌های دوگانه جامعه (از تحسین تا طرد) نشان‌دهنده تضاد بین مدرنیته و سنت در پذیرش هنجارشکنی‌هاست. علاوه بر این، فشارهای ناشی از زندگی در انظار عمومی، گاه به اختلافات زناشویی و رفتارهای هیجانیِ هنجارشکن می‌انجامد. برآیند مقاله نشان می‌دهد که هنجارشکنی اخلاقی فرهنگی این گروه صرفاً یک مسئله فردی نیست، بلکه پیامدهای گسترده‌ای در جامعه دارد و لزوم آموزش رسانه‌ای، تقویت مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی افراد مشهور، ورزشکاران و افراد وابسته به آن‌ها و سیاست‌گذاری برای محدودیت نمایشِ بی‌ضابطه زندگی خصوصی آنان را پیشنهاد می‌نماید.

in light of certain norm-breaking behaviors and actions by some celebrities and their spouses—which have received significant public attention—this study aims to analyze the consequences of moral and cultural norm violations by the spouses of celebrities (actors and athletes) in society. it explores the impact of such behaviors on the family institution, social values, and role modeling for youth. this study employs a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing documentary and library methods for data collection and analysis. the research findings indicate that the moral misconduct of celebrity spouses and athletes can serve as inappropriate models for society—particularly for young people—and threaten the ethical foundations of the family. furthermore, the portrayal of a non-committed lifestyle on social media and in mass media leads to blind imitation and a departure from indigenous and religious norms, thereby exacerbating a cultural identity crisis. on the other hand, the society’s mixed reactions—from admiration to rejection—reflect a conflict between modernity and tradition in accepting such norm violations. additionally, the pressures of living in the public eye sometimes lead to marital conflicts and emotionally driven deviant behaviors. the overall conclusion of the paper suggests that moral and cultural norm-breaking by this group is not merely an individual issue; rather, it has far-reaching societal consequences. it underscores the need for media literacy education, enhanced social responsibility among celebrities, athletes, and their affiliates, and the formulation of policies to restrict the unregulated display of their private lives.
