استلزامات تحقق عزت در سیاست خارجی اسلامی با تاکید بر فرهنگ صلح و جهاد در برابر کشورهای معاند

مسئله اصلی این مقاله بررسی رابطه میان فرهنگ صلح و جهاد در سیاست خارجی اسلامی و نقش آن‌ها در تحقق عزت و اقتدار بین‌المللی است. در این راستا، این مقاله به تحلیل اصول قرآنی و الزامات فقهی که موجب تقویت عزت مسلمانان در سطح جهانی می‌شود، می‌پردازد. ضرورت پرداختن به این موضوع به دلیل چالش‌های جهانی امروز و نیاز به تبیین رویکردهای اسلامی در عرصه سیاست خارجی احساس می‌شود. تحلیل دقیق فرهنگ صلح و جهاد به‌عنوان دو رویکرد اصلی در سیاست خارجی اسلام، نشان می‌دهد که ایجاد صلح به‌شرط حفظ عزت و برتری، رفع اختلافات میان کشورهای مسلمان، آمادگی دفاعی و جهاد برای مقابله با تهدیدات خارجی، ازجمله عوامل موثر در تحکیم عزت اسلامی است. درنتیجه، بر اساس مبانی فقهی اصول قرآن و سنت ، مسلمانان باید در سیاست‌های بین‌المللی خود نه‌تنها به دنبال صلح و امنیت، بلکه با حفظ عزت، درصدد مقابله با تهدیدات و مقاومت در برابر فتنه‌ها باشند.

the main issue of this article is to examine the relationship between the culture of peace and jihad in islamic foreign policy and their role in achieving dignity and international authority. in this regard, the article analyzes the qur’anic principles and jurisprudential requirements that strengthen the dignity of muslims at a global level. the necessity to address this topic arises from today’s global challenges and the need to clarify islamic approaches in the field of foreign policy. a precise analysis of the culture of peace and jihad as two main approaches in islamic foreign policy shows that establishing peace, on the condition of maintaining dignity and superiority, resolving disputes among muslim countries, defensive preparedness, and jihad to counter external threats afre among the effective factors in strengthening islamic dignity. consequently, based on the principles of the quran and sunnah, muslims should, in their international policies, not only seek peace and security but also preserve dignity, counter threats, and resist turmoil.
