چالش‌های نقض بی‌طرفی در رقابت‌های ورزشی از منظر فرهنگ حقوق بشردوستانه (موردمطالعه: حذف روسیه در حمله به اوکراین)

جنگ روسیه با اوکراین به‌اندازه‌ای تکان‌دهنده بود که واکنش سریع جامعه ورزش را به همراه داشت و نهادهای ورزشی یکی پس از دیگری با محکوم کردن اقدام روسیه در تجاوز به خاک اوکراین، این کشور را تحریم کردند تا واکنش قاطعی به این جنگ و رفتار روسیه داشته باشند. نخستین نهادی که به این ماجرا واکنش نشان داد، فیفا بود که به همراه یوفا فوتبال روسیه را محروم کرد. فدراسیون فوتبال اروپا به همراه فیفا تصمیم گرفته تا در واکنش به حمله روسیه به خاک اوکراین، کلیه تیم‌های موجود باشگاهی و همچنین تیم‌های ملی روسیه را از حضور در مسابقات تحت نظارت این دو نهاد منع نماید. لذا علاوه برکنار رفتن روسیه از مسابقات انتخابی جام جهانی 2022، در مسابقات لیگ قهرمانان و لیگ اروپا نیز این قانون اجرا خواهد شد که پیامد و واکنش جهانی به این قضیه را منعکس نمود. همچنین یوفا تصمیم گرفته است به همکاری خود با شرکت روسی گاز پروم در لیگ قهرمانان اروپا، مسابقات ملی یوفا و یورو 2024 خاتمه دهد همچنین آدیداس به‌صورت رسمی از قطع همکاری با فدراسیون فوتبال روسیه خبر داد. با اعلام آدیداس، این کمپانی در پی جنگ روسیه و اوکراین، همکاری خود با فدراسیون فوتبال روسیه را قطع کرد و دیگر وظیفه تامین البسه تیم ملی فوتبال روسیه را بر عهده نخواهد داشت. این در حالی است که آدیداس از سال 2008 اسپانسر پیراهن تیم ملی روسیه بوده است. در این مقاله به نقض بی‌طرفی ورزش در رخداد سیاسی از جنبه منظر فرهنگ حقوق بشردوستانه با رویکرد تحلیلی پرداخته شد و استاندارد دوگانه که در فرهنگ ورزشی نمود پیداکرده است را موردبحث و بررسی قرار داده است.

russia’s war with ukraine was so shocking that it brought a quick reaction from the sports community, and one after another, sports bodies condemned russia’s action in encroaching on ukraine’s territory and sanctioned this country in order to have a decisive reaction to this war and russia’s behavior. the first institution that reacted to this incident was fifa, which together with uefa banned russian football. in response to russia’s attack on ukraine, the european football federation together with fifa has decided to ban all existing club teams as well as the russian national teams from participating in matches under the supervision of these two institutions. therefore, in addition to the exclusion of russia from the 2022 world cup qualifiers, this law will also be implemented in the champions league and europa league matches, which reflected the consequences and global reaction to this matter. also, uefa has decided to end its cooperation with the russian company gazprom in the european champions league, uefa national competitions and euro 2024. adidas also officially announced the termination of cooperation with the russian football federation. with the announcement of adidas, this company has cut off its cooperation with the russian football federation following the war between russia and ukraine and will no longer be responsible for supplying the uniforms of the russian national football team. meanwhile, adidas has been a sponsor of the russian national team shirt since 2008. in this article, the violation of the neutrality of sports in a political event was discussed from the aspect of international law with an analytical approach, and the double standard that has appeared in this regard has been discussed and investigated.
