مبانی فقهی فرهنگ‏‌سازی عبادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی «احسان»

«احسان» به عنوان یکی از مفاهیم محوری در قرآن، با ویژگی‏‌هایی نظیر تقوا، صبر، استقامت و جهاد پیوندی عمیق دارد. این ویژگی‏‌ها به عنوان ارکان اصلی احسان، نقشی اساسی در تقویت و توسعه فرهنگ ایثار، گذشت و مسئولیت‏‌پذیری در جوامع اسلامی ایفا می‏‌کنند. در این پژوهش، به بررسی مبانی فقهی فرهنگ‏‌سازی عبادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی «احسان» پرداخته می‌‏شود. با تکیه بر آیات قرآن کریم و روایات مرتبط با دوره صدر اسلام، تلاش شده است تا نقش «احسان» در شکل‌‏دهی به فرهنگ اسلامی تبیین گردد. طبق یافته‌‏های تحقیق در بخش عبادی، «احسان» موجب تعمیق ارتباط فرد با خداوند شده و باعث می‏‌شود که اعمال عبادی با نیتّی خالصانه‏‌تر و معنویت بیشتری انجام شوند. این امر نه تنها به ارتقاء فردی کمک می‏‌نماید، بلکه در کل جامعه نیز به افزایش تقوا و معنویت منجر می‌‏شود. در زمینه فرهنگ‌‏سازی اجتماعی، احسان در تقویت عدالت، همبستگی و همدلی میان افراد جامعه تاثیر قابل توجهی دارد. این ویژگی‌‏ها باعث کاهش تضادها و ایجاد هماهنگی بیشتر در جامعه می‏‌شود. در حوزه سیاست، «احسان» به عنوان معیاری برای گسترش عدالت اجتماعی و مسئولیت‌‏پذیری در حکومت اسلامی مطرح می‏‌شود. «احسان» می‌‏تواند به عنوان یک الگوی جامع، به ساختن جامعه‏‌ای بر پایه عدالت، معنویت و تعاملات اجتماعی سالم کمک کند. این مفهوم در عصر حاضر، به عنوان راه‏‌حلی برای چالش‌‏های فرهنگی و اجتماعی و الگویی موثر برای ایجاد تغییرات مثبت در جامعه معرفی می‏‌شود و می‏‌تواند به تحقق جامعه‌‏ای متعادل و پایدار بر اساس ارزش‌‏های اسلامی کمک کند.

jurisprudential bases for cultivating a worshipful, socially-conscious, and politically engaged culture of ehsan

“ihsan,” as one of the central concepts in the quran, has a deep connection with attributes such as piety, patience, perseverance, and jihad. these attributes, as the main pillars of ihsan, play a fundamental role in strengthening and developing the culture of altruism, forgiveness, and responsibility in islamic societies. this study examines the jurisprudential foundations of cultivating the cultural, social, and political aspects of “ihsan.” by focusing on the quranic verses and narratives related to the early islamic period, an effort is made to elucidate the role of “ihsan” in shaping islamic culture. according to the findings of the study, in the worship aspect, “ihsan” deepens the individual’s relationship with god, leading to more sincere and spiritual worship practices. this not only contributes to personal development but also enhances piety and spirituality in the entire society. in terms of social culture, ihsan aids in strengthening justice, solidarity, and empathy among community members. these traits reduce conflicts and foster greater harmony within society. in the political sphere, “ihsan” is proposed as a criterion for expanding social justice and responsibility in islamic governance. “ihsan” can serve as a comprehensive model to build a society based on justice, spirituality, and healthy social interactions. in the modern era, it is introduced as a solution to cultural and social challenges and an effective model for fostering positive changes in society, ultimately contributing to the realization of a balanced and sustainable community based on islamic values.
