نقض حقوق بشر در اسرائیل و سیاست‌های دوگانه حقوق بشری آمریکا: از تعارض تا تعامل

حقوق بشر به‌عنوان یکی از اصول بنیادین نظام بین‌المللی در دنیای معاصر همواره تحت تاثیر ساختارهای هژمونیک غرب‌محور قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر اثبات نقض گسترده و مستمر حقوق بشر توسط رژیم صهیونیستی در اراضی اشغالی فلسطین با تاکید ابعاد سیاست‌های دوگانه و استانداردهای متناقض ایالات متحده در قبال این مسئله می‌‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که نقض حقوق بشر در اسرائیل و سیاست‌های دوگانه آمریکا باعث تشدید منازعات در منطقه و جهان شده و تناقض از تعارض تا تعامل، ضمن تقویت مقاومت ملت فلسطین و خلق دریچه‌های جدید و بیداری وجدان‌های اهل آزادی و عقلانیت حقیقی، نوید بازسازی تمدن نوین اسلامی با چهره بازیگران تازه نفس و کنشگران فعال، به تدریج و حساب شده، با ضربه‌های عمیقی به استکبار، استبداد و قلدرمابی قدرت بزرگ یعنی آمریکا خاتمه داده و از فروپاشی هژمونی قدرت نرم که نفوس مستضعف فکری را به استعمار ساختارهای ظالمانه درآورده بود، خبر داده و به احقاق حقوق ملت‌های مظلوم منجر خواهد شد.

human rights, as one of the fundamental principles of the contemporary international law, has always been influenced by west-centric hegemonic structures. the main goal of the current research is to firmly prove the widespread and continuous violation of human rights by the zionist regime in the occupied palestinian territories, with an emphasis on the dimensions of the united states’ dual policies and contradictory double standards regarding this issue. the research method is descriptive-analytical, and the findings indicate that human rights violations in israel and the united states’ dual policies have intensified conflicts in the region and the world. the contradiction, from conflict to interaction, while strengthening the resistance of the palestinian nation and creating new openings and awakening the consciences of the free and those with true rationality, promises the gradual and calculated reconstruction of a new islamic civilization with fresh actors and active agents, delivering profound blows to arrogance, tyranny, and the bullying of the great power, the united states, and heralds the collapse of the hegemony of soft power that had colonized the intellectually weak, leading to the realization of the rights of oppressed nations.
