اقتصاد و حقوق بشر در رهیافت شرقی

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اقتصاد و حقوق بشر در رهیافت شرقی است. در این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اساسی اقتصاد سالم از منظر رهیافت شرقی، از روش تحلیل مضمون یا تحلیل موضوعی یا تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که، اقتصاد و امنیت اقتصادی در پرتو رهیافت شرقی، با در نظر گرفتن حکمرانی‌های عادلانه، آموزش نیروهای انسانی و مدیران باکفایت، رسوخ فرهنگ تعهّد، نوآوری، تلاش و همبستگی برای به‌دست آوردن اقتصاد قدرتمند به همه ابعاد توسعۀ پایدار مشتمل بر بُعد اقتصادی، فرهنگی، محیط‌زیست و بُعد اجتماعی، اهتمام می‌ورزند و از پتانسیل‌های داخلی و خارجی، استفادۀ بهینه می‌نمایند. در پرتو این مولفه‌ها است که حقوق بشر به‌صورت طبیعی رعایت شده و جامعه به سمت تعادل، توازن و رشد پایدار پیش خواهد رفت. کشورهای شرقی با بهره‌گیری از رهیافت شرقی، این توانمندی را از خود بروز داده‌اند و می‌توانند با برنامه‌ریزی‌های طولانی و متعهد شدن به اهداف خُرد و کلان توسعۀ پایدار به امنیت اقتصادی قابل توجهی دست یابند. سرمایه‌گذاری در تحقیقات و توسعه و استفاده از فناوری‌های پیشرفته، کشورهای شرقی را دارای قدرت اقتصادی جهت رقابت با جامعۀ جهانی و غربی می‌سازد. از آنجا که یکی از شاخص‌های مهم رهیافت شرقی در حیطه اقتصاد، تربیت نیروهای انسانی ماهر و آموزش‌دیده است، با تربیت نیروهای خلاق و کارآمد می‌توان به اهداف مبتنی‌بر ایجاد و تقویت امنیت اقتصادی دست یافت. چنانچه در جامعۀ امروز، در کشورهایی مانند کره جنوبی و سنگاپور، چنین خصوصیتی مشهود است. در پرتو ایجاد نهادهای شفاف و حکمرانی کارآمد، اعتماد عمومی جذب شده و سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی جذب می‌شود و از این طریق، کشوری که چنین خصوصیتی داشته باشد، به تدریج به الگوی جهانی تبدیل خواهد شد. در پرتو گسترش ارتباطات تجاری و مشارکت در بازارهای جهانی، رشد اقتصادی تسریع می‌شود و زمینه‌های لازم جهت رقابت بهتر و صادرات محصولات افزایش می‌یابد. تسهیل اقتصادی در پرتو رعایت مولفه‌های اقتصاد سالم و قدرتمند فراهم می‌شود. چنانچه در کشاورزی و امنیت غذایی آحاد مردم می‌توان این قدرت را فراهم ساخت.

the aim of the current research is to examine economics and human rights in the eastern approach. here, with the aim of identifying the most important fundamental components of a healthy economy from the perspective of the eastern approach, the method of thematic analysis or content analysis has been used. the results showed that economics and economic security, in the lime light of the eastern approach, by considering just governance, training capable human resources and managers, the permeation of a culture of commitment, innovation, effort, and solidarity to achieve a strong economy, notice all dimensions of sustainable development, including the economic, cultural, environmental, and social dimensions, and make optimal use of domestic and foreign potentials. it is in the light of these components that human rights are naturally respected, and society will move towards balance, equilibrium, and sustainable growth. eastern countries, by utilizing the eastern approach, have demonstrated this capability and can achieve significant economic security through long-term planning and commitment to micro and macro goals of sustainable development. investing in research and development and using advanced technologies makes eastern countries have had the economic power to compete with the global and western community. since one of the high indicators of the eastern approach in the field of economics is the training of skilled and educated human resources, the goals on the basis of creating and strengthening economic security can be achieved by training creative and efficient forces. such a characteristic is evident in countries like south korea and singapore in today’s world. in the light of establishing transparent institutions and efficient governance, public trust is attracted, and foreign investment is attracted, and in this way, a country with such a characteristic will gradually become a global model. in the light of the expansion of commercial relations and participation in global markets, economic growth is accelerated, and the necessary conditions for better competition and export of products increase. moreover, economic facilitation is provided in the view of observing the components of a healthy and strong economy. this power can be provided in agriculture and food security for all people.
