مطالعه و ارایه یک مدل ارزیابی مالی و فنی و اقتصادی در صنایع پتروشیمی همت

هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه و ارایه یک مدل ارزیابی مالی و فنی و اقتصادی در صنایع پتروشیمی همت می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و برحسب نوع داده، آمیخته(کیفی کمی)؛ روش پژوهش، توصیفی پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان این حوزه می باشد. جهت شناسایی متغیرها با استفاده از فن دلفی مصاحبه ها تجزیه و تحلیل شدند و متفیرها استخراج گردید و در نهایت با نظرخواهی از خبرگان و استفاده از مقایسات زوجی و روش سوارا داده ها تحلیل و متغیرها اولویت بندی شدند و در نهایتا مدل نهایی این پژوهش به دست آمد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل ارزیابی شامل سه متغیر اصلی تامین مالی شامل صکوک، درآمد، سرمایهو استقراض، پنج متغیر اقتصادی شامل نوع تکنولوژی، میزان مصرف انرژی، آلایندگی زیست محیطی، خدمات پس از فروش، انطباق با دانش موجود، عضویت در زنجیره تامین جهانی و شش متغیر فنی شامل عمر اقتصادی، تعداد تولید، وجوه استهلاکی، هزینه، شاخص های حسابداری می باشد. همچنین نتایج رتبه بندی نشان داد شاخص اقتصادی اولویت اول، شاخص فنی اولویت دوم و شاخص تامین مالی در اولویت سوم قرار می گیرد. بنابراین پیشبرد روش های ارزیابی پروژه های پتروشیمی در همت، می تواند به بهبود شیوه های صنعت و ترویج توسعه پایدار در این بخش کمک کند.

studying and presenting a financial, technical and economic evaluation model in hemat petrochemical industries

the aim of the current research is to study and present a financial, technical and economic evaluation model in hemet petrochemical industries. the current research is mixed (qualitative quantitative) in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data type. the research method is descriptive survey. the statistical population of the research includes experts in this field. in order to identify the variables, the interviews were analyzed using the delphi technique, and the differences were extracted, and finally, the data were analyzed and the variables were prioritized by seeking opinions from experts and using paired comparisons and the soura method, and finally, the final model of this research was obtained. came. the results showed that the evaluation model includes three main financing variables including sukuk, income, capital and borrowing, five economic variables including the type of technology, energy consumption, environmental pollution, after sales service, compliance with existing knowledge, and membership in the global supply chain. and six technical variables include economic life, number of production, amortization funds, cost, accounting indicators. also, the ranking results showed that the economic index is the first priority, the technical index is the second priority, and the financing index is the third priority. therefore, advancing the evaluation methods of petrochemical projects in hammet can help improve industry practices and promote sustainable development in this sector.
