شناسایی عوامل مدیریت استعداد دانشجویان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار و ارائه الگوی آن با روش تحلیل مضمون

در دنیای امروزه، دانشجویان به عنوان آینده ی روشن و پویای جامعه ها شناخته می شوند. توسعه و بهره برداری از استعدادهای این نخبگان جوان، مسئولیت اساسی و حیاتی برای سازمان ها و موسسات آموزشی است. با توجه به این واق عیت، مدیریت استعداد دانشجویان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار به عنوان یک رویکرد جدید و کارآمد، به منظور توسعه ی مستمر و پایدار استعدادهای دانشجویان، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است . از این رو هدف پژوهش شناسایی عوامل مدیریت استعداد دانشجویان با ر ویکرد توسعه پایدار و ارائه الگوی است. در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با ر ویکردی کیفی و از نظر هدف جز و پژوهش های کاربردی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک انجام شده است.درا ین پژوهش، با انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 15 نفر از خبرگان شاملاساتید ، مدیران ارشد و اساتید هیئت علمی از طریق نمونه گیری هدفمند برای جمع آوری اطلاعات اقدام شد. سپس با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون، اطلاعات استخراج شده از متون و مصاحبه ها دسته بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند . پایایی با استفاده از روش دو کدگذار و پایایی باز آزمون مورد بررسی و تایید قرار گرفت. به منظور محاسبه میزان توافق از ضریب کاپا در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد که مقدار آن 75 / 0 به دست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی قابل قبولی است. همچنین برای اطمینان از روایی پژوهش، علاوه بر به کارگیری استراتژی حساسیت پژوهشگر در فرآیند پژوهش، یافته ها در اختیار 3 تن ازخبرگان دانشگاهی قرار گرفته و به تایید رسیدند. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل مدیریت استعداد دانشجویان با رویکرد توسعه پایدار باید دارای ویژگی هایی از قبیل عوامل درونی ، عوامل بیرونی ، عوامل کلان ، عوامل خرد ، عوامل سازمانی می باشد. در نهایت، این نتایج به 16 مضمون سازما نیافته، یک مضمون فراگیر طبقه بندی شدند. همچنین با اجرای برنامه های آموزشی، توسعه مهارت های عملی، تشویق به شرکت در فعالیت های مرتبط با جامعه و ارتباطات صنعتی، می توان استعدادهای دانشجویان را به صورت پایدار توسعه داد و آنان را برای ورود به بازار کار آماده کرد. این رویکرد، علاوه بر افزایش عملکرد وتوانمندی دانشجویان، به رشد و توسعه ی پایدار جامعه نیز کمک کرد .

identifying the factors of student talent management with a sustainable development approach and presenting its model using thematic analysis method

in today's world, students are known as the bright and dynamic future of societies. developing and utilizing the talents of these young elites is a fundamental and vital responsibility for educational organizations and institutions. given this reality, managing student talent with a sustainable development approach has been considered as a new and efficient approach for the continuous and sustainable development of student talents. therefore, the purpose of the research is to identify the factors of managing student talent with a sustainable development approach and to present a model. in this regard, the present research was conducted with a qualitative approach and in terms of purpose, it is an applied research and using the brown and clark content analysis method. in this research, information was collected by conducting semi-structured interviews with 15 experts including professors, senior managers and faculty members through purposive sampling. then, using the content analysis method, the information extracted from the texts and interviews was categorized and analyzed. reliability was examined and confirmed using the two-coder method and test-retest reliability. in order to calculate the level of agreement, the kappa coefficient was used in spss software, which was 0.75, which indicates acceptable reliability. also, to ensure the validity of the research, in addition to using the researcher's sensitivity strategy in the research process, the findings were provided to 3 academic experts and were approved. the results showed that the factors of student talent management with a sustainable development approach should have characteristics such as internal factors, external factors, macro factors, micro factors, and organizational factors. finally, these results were classified into 16 organized themes, one overarching theme. also, by implementing educational programs, developing practical skills, encouraging participation in community-related activities, and industrial relations, students' talents can be developed sustainably and prepared for entering the labor market. this approach, in addition to increasing the performance and capabilities of students, also contributed to the sustainable growth and development of society.
