بررسی کیفیت زندگی کاری اعضا هیات علمی دانشگاه ازاد اسلامی واحد شیراز بر اساس هوش اخلاقی و تاب آوری روانشناختی

مقدمه: در حال حاضر دانشگاه ها به عنوان عامل کلیدی توسعه اجتماعی اقتصادی، فرهنگی و سیاسی جوامع بشری نقش حیاتی در امور آموزش و سرمایه انسانی ایفا میکند.تجزیه و تحلیل عوامل موثر در رشد و توسعه جوامع بشری اعم از پیشرفته در حال رشد بیانگر آن است که کارآمد و اثر بخش بودن نظام آموزشی در هرکشور به رشد و توسعه همه جانبه آن کشور کمک شایانی میکند.اعضای هیات علمی به عنوان یکی از بزرگترین سرمایه های هرجامعه و نیز یکی از پر اهمیت ترین عناصر نظام آموزشی نقشی بس حساس و سرنوشت ساز در تربیت نیروی متخصص ایفا میکند و ثمره تلاش آنها در نهایت،رشد و توسعه جوامع بشری را در پی دارد.هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین پیش بینی ابعاد تاب اوری بر روی کیفیت زندگی کاری در بین اعضا هیات علمی دانشگاه ازاد در واحد شیراز می باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است که با استفاده از روش پژوهش همبستگی انجام خواهد شد،زیرا به تبیین رابطه بین متغیرها و پیش بینی متغیرها پرداخته است .جامعه اماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش تعداد360 نفر از اعضا هیات علمی دانشگاه ازاد واحد شیراز می باشند.نمونه انتخاب شده در بین این جامعه براساس جدول مورگان برابر 186 نفر میباشد. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از ان است که هوش اخلاقی و تاب اوری میتوانند بر روی کیفیت زندگی کاری اعضا هیات علمی در واحد شیراز تاثیر گذار باشد. هوش اخلاقی و تاب اوری روانشناختی از عواملی هستند که بر میزان کیفیت زندگی کاری اعضا هیات علمی دانشگاه ازاد تاثیر دارند.

analysis of predicting the quality of working life based on moral intelligence and psychological resilience

currently, universities as a key factor in the social, economic, cultural and political development of human societies play a vital role in education and human capital. the analysis of the factors affecting the growth and development of human societies, including the advanced and growing ones, shows that it is that the efficiency and effectiveness of the educational system in any country contributes greatly to the comprehensive growth and development of that country. the members of the academic staff as one of the greatest assets of any society and also one of the most important elements of the educational system play a very sensitive and decisive role. it plays a role in the training of expert personnel and the fruit of their efforts ultimately leads to the growth and development of human societies. the purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between predicting the dimensions of resilience on the quality of work life among the academic faculty members of azad university in shiraz. the current research is of an applied type that will be carried out using the correlation research method, because it explains the relationship between the variables and the prediction of the variables. the statistical community studied in this research is 360 members of the academic staff of the shiraz branch of the azad university. the selected sample among this community is 186 people based on morgan's table. the results of the research indicate that the dimensions of flexibility and moral intelligence can have an impact on the quality of work life of academic staff members in the shiraz unit. resilience dimensions and moral intelligence are one of the factors that affect the quality of working life of azad university faculty members.
