ارتباط بین رفتارهای سیاسی و تفکر استرتژیک با رفتارهای منافقانه

هدف از این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین رفتارهای سیاسی و تفکر استرتژیک با رفتارهای منافقانه در معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان کازرون بود. این تحقیق کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، تمامی معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان کازرون به تعداد 97نفر بود، که از این تعداد 83 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری کل شمار با محقق همکاری کردند.ابزار جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه های استاندارد رفتارهای سیاسی دوبرین (1978)، تفکر استراتژیک گلدمن (2005) و رفتارهای منافقانه دانایی فرد و همکاران (1392) بود. برای توصیف داده ها از روش های آمار توصیفی و برای تجزیه استنباطی داده ها از روش های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که بین رفتارهای سیاسی و رفتارهای منافقانه رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری و بین تفکر استراتژیک و رفتارهای منافقانه رابطه ی منفی و معناداری وجود داشت و همچنین نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد که رفتارهای سیاسی و تفکر استراتژیک قابلیت پیش بین معنادار رفتارهای منافقانه آزمودنی ها را دارد(0.01 ≥p).

the relationship between political behaviors and strategic thinking with hypocritical behaviors

the purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between political behaviors and strategic thinking with hypocritical behaviors in physical education teachers of kazerun city. this research was applied and descriptive and correlational. the statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of kazeron city in the number of 97 people, of which 83 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and using the total number sampling method. the tools of data collection were the standard questionnaires of dobrin's political behaviors (1978), goldman's strategic thinking (2005) and danai fred et al.'s hypocritical behaviors (2013). descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. the results of the research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between political behaviors and hypocritical behaviors, and there was a negative and significant relationship between strategic thinking and hypocritical behaviors, and the results of the research showed that political behaviors and strategic thinking have significant predictive ability. it has the hypocritical behavior of the subjects(p ≤ 0.01).
