حکومت به عنوان یکی از نیازهای اساسی برای فراهم نمودن کمال انسانی در دین اسلام می باشد که باید ابعاد سیاسی و اجتماعی آن از منظر قرآنی، بررسی می گردد. تحلیلی از معنای دقیق حکمرانی در تعالیم اسلام، شاخص های قرآنی حکومت کردن مطلوب با مطالعه آیات قرآن کریم، اهمیت عدالت به عنوان یک رویکرد مهم در حکومت امروزه و همچنین پارادایم «حکمرانی خوب» به عنوان یک شیوه رایج و مسلط برای اداره جامعه در سطح جهان بوده است تحقیق حاضر، از جنبة هدف، در زمرة تحقیقات توسعه ای و کاربردی قرار میگیرد و روش انجام آن توصیفی- تحلیلی است. با توجه به ماهیت و نوع موضوع مورد مطالعه، گردآوری اطلاعات بر مبنای روش کتابخانه ای و اسنادی بوده است.در این مقاله ضمن اشاره به برخی از آیات قرآن کریم با هدف پاسخ به این سوال تبیین مسئله ضرورت حکمرانی خوب از منظر قرآن کریم و سنت پیامبر اسلام (ص)چگونه است ؟ پرداخته شده است.
