واکاوی ابعاد و مولفه های مدل عوامل کلیدی ارزش‌آفرینی پایدار در زنجیره‌‌های تامین: مطالعه موردی صنعت نفت و ‏گاز ایران

هدف مطالعه حاضر واکاوی ابعاد و مولفه های مدل عوامل کلیدی ارزش آفرینی پایدار در زنجیره های تامین: مطالعه موردی صنعت نفت و گاز ایران است. این پژوهش از گونه بنیادی و به لحاظ روش، ترکیبی (کیفی و کمی) است. ابتدا با مرور نظام مند سه مرحله ای اسناد علمی غربال و مدل مضامین با رویکرد کیفی تحلیل مضمون از داخل اسناد مزبور استخراج شد. بر همین اساس، ابتدا با جستجوی پایگاه های علمی معتبر، 1103 سند مشخص شد که در طی سه بار غربال بر اساس ارتباط عنوان، چکیده و بررسی متن کامل با رویکرد مرور نظام مند، به 62 فقره سند تقلیل یافت و بعنوان نمونه کیفی لحاظ گردید. یافته های تحلیل محتوای مضمونی پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی در 9 مضمون کلان و 50 مضمون فرعی از میان 850 فقره مشاهدات در قالب کدهای باز و در چندین مرحله بازبینی استخراج شد. در بخش کمی، مدل مضامین حاصل شده در گام قبلی به صورت پرسش نامه تنظیم و پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی مابین متخصصین فعال در زمینه صنعت نفت و گاز توزیع شده است. پس از گردآوری داده ها، مدل کیفی با رویکرد آماری تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ارزیابی و تایید شد. ابعاد مدل مزبور عبارتند از: کیفیت راهبری، قابلیت های زیربنایی، ساختاری و سازماندهی، ارزیابی و بازخوردگیری، کیفیت ارتباطات، کیفیت منابع، تسهیل کننده های مدیریت دانشی، آگاهی و حمایت اجتماعی، توانایی یکپارچه سازی فرایندها بین عوامل و اجزای زنجیره و تسهیل کننده های ارتقای پایداری در زنجیره. نهایتا بر مبنای یافته ها پیشنهادهای تحقیق ارائه شده است.

analyzing the dimensions and components of the model of key factors of sustainable value creation in supply chains: a case study of iran's oil and gas industry

the purpose of this study is to analyze the dimensions and components of the model of key factors of sustainablevalue creation in supply chains: a case study of iran's oil and gas industry. this research is fundamental and interms of method, it is combined (qualitative and quantitative). first, with a three-stage systematic review of thescientific documents, the content model was extracted from the said documents with the qualitative approach ofanalyzing the content. based on this, first by searching reliable scientific databases, 1103 documents wereidentified, which were reduced to 62 documents during three times of screening based on the title, abstract andfull text review with a systematic review approach and considered as a qualitative sample. became the findingsof the thematic content analysis after checking validity and reliability in 9 major themes and 50 sub-themes wereextracted from 850 observation items in the form of open codes and in several stages of review. in the quantitative part, the model of subjects obtained in the previous step has been organized in the form of a questionnaire and distributed among the specialists active in the field of oil and gas industry after checking the validity and reliability.after collecting the data, the qualitative model was evaluated and confirmed with the statistical approach of confirmatory factor analysis. the dimensions of the mentioned model are: quality of leadership, infrastructural, structural and organizational capabilities, evaluation and feedback, quality of communication, quality of resources, facilitators of knowledge management, awareness and social support. the ability to integrate processes between factors and components of the chain and facilitators to improve sustainability in the chain. finally, based on the findings, research proposals have been presented.
