مولفه‌های توسعه پایدار در عملکرد شرکت‌های تولیدی

توسعه پایدار یکی از مسائل کلیدی در عصر حاضر است که شرکت ها باید به آن توجه کنند. این مقاله به بررسی مولفه های توسعه پایدار در عملکرد شرکت های تولیدی می پردازد. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تبیین مولفه ها و شاخص ها و درنهایت رتبه بندی مولفه های توسعه پایدار در عملکرد شرکت های تولیدی کشور است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از طریق روش تحلیل محتوا و ارسال پرسشنامه و مصاحبه با 20 نفر از خبرگان حرفه و دانشگاه در سال 1402 صورت گرفته است. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، پنج مولفه مدیریت محیط زیست با شاخص های، 1) کاهش آلودگی، 2) تخلیه پسماندها، 3) استفاده از انرژی پاک و 4) حفظ منابع طبیعی، مولفه مسئولیت اجتماعی با شاخص های، 1) توجه به شاخص های پایداری، 2) حفظ حقوق اجتماعی کارگران ، 3) توجه به شاخص های توسعه ای و اجتماعی، 4) توجه به جامعه و حفظ توسعه پایدار و 5) گزارشگری افشای پایداری، مولفه مدیریت زنجیره توسعه پایدار با شاخص های، 1) خرید از تامین کنندگانی که توسعه پایدار را حفظ می نمایند ، 2) بهینه سازی فرایندهای زنجیره تامین و 3) پویایی زنجیره تامین، مولفه نوآوری و تحقیق و توسعه با شاخص های، 1) تحقیق و توسعه فرایندها در حوزه توسعه پایدار ، 2) به روزرسانی فرایندهای خطوط تولید ، 3) افزایش کیفیت و کاهش ضایعات و 4) افزایش کارایی و بهره وری و مولفه مدیریت منابع انسانی با شاخص های، 1) آموزش وپرورش مفاهیم توسعه پایدار، 2) جذب، نگهداری و توسعه منابع انسانی و 3) برگزاری کارگاه های آموزشی در حوزه توسعه پایدار استخراج گردید. همچنین، طبق آزمون فریدمن، مولفه مدیریت محیط زیست در رتبه اول، مولفه مسئولیت اجتماعی در رتبه دوم، مدیریت زنجیره توسعه پایدار در رتبه سوم، مولفه نوآوری و تحقیق و توسعه در رتبه چهارم و مولفه مدیریت منابع انسانی در رتبه پنجم قرار گرفت. به طورکلی، استفاده از مولفه های توسعه پایدار در عملکرد شرکت های تولیدی می تواند بهبود کارایی و پایداری شرکت، افزایش رقابت پذیری، جلب مشتریان و جذب نیروی کار متخصص منجر شود. این اقدامات نه تنها به عملکرد شرکت ها کمک می کنند بلکه به حفظ محیطزیست و جامعه نیز کمک می کنند.

sustainable development is one of the key issues in today's era that companies should pay attention to. this article examines the components of sustainable development in the performance of manufacturing companies. the main goal of the current research is to explain the components and indicators and finally to rank the components of sustainable development in the performance of manufacturing companies in the country. the method of qualitative research was conducted through content analysis, sending questionnaires and interviewing 20 professional and university experts in 1402. according to the research results, five components of environmental management with indicators, 1) reduction of pollution, 2) discharge of waste, 3) use of clean energy and 4) preservation of natural resources, social responsibility component with indicators, 1) attention to sustainability indicators 2) preserving the social rights of workers, 3) paying attention to development and social indicators, 4) paying attention to the society and maintaining sustainable development, and 5) sustainability disclosure reporting, a component of sustainable development chain management with indicators, 1) buying from suppliers who have sustainable development 2) optimization of supply chain processes and 3) supply chain dynamics, innovation and research and development component with indicators, 1) research and development of processes in the field of sustainable development, 2) updating production line processes, 3) increasing quality and reducing waste and 4) increasing efficiency and productivity and the component of human resources management were extracted with the indicators of 1) education and training of sustainable development concepts, 2) attraction, maintenance and development of human resources and 3) holding educational workshops in the field of sustainable development.in general, the use of sustainable development components in the performance of manufacturing companies can improve the efficiency and stability of the company, increase competitiveness, attract customers and attract specialized labor.these measures not only help the performance of companies but also help to preserve the environment and society.
