شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه‌های تامین مالی صنایع کوچک ومتوسط با استفاده از شبکه عصبی

تامین مالی یکی از عوامل کلیدی برای رشد و بقای صنایع کوچک و متوسط (smes) است. در این پژوهش، به شناسایی و اولویت بندی مولفه های تامین مالی smes پرداخته شده است. برای این منظور، از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی (ann) به عنوان یک روش پیشرفته استفاده شده است. پژوهش حاضر شامل سه فاز اصلی است. ابتدا، با مرور ادبیات موضوع، مولفه های تامین مالی smes شناسایی شدند. سپس، با استفاده از نظرسنجی و جمع آوری داده ها از کارشناسان و مدیران smes در ایران، داده های مورد نیاز برای آموزش شبکه عصبی جمع آوری شدند. در نهایت، با تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از شبکه عصبی، مولفه های تامین مالی smes بر اساس اولویت های آنها تعیین شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مهم ترین مولفه های تامین مالی smes به ترتیب اولویت بندی عبارتند از: سرمایه گذاری، روش تامین مالی داخلی، تامین مالی خارجی. این پژوهش می تواند به مدیران و تصمیم گیران smes کمک کند تا بهترین استراتژی های تامین مالی را برای رشد و توسعه کسب و کار خود انتخاب کنند. همچنین، نتایج این پژوهش می تواند به سیاست گذاران و برنامه ریزان اقتصادی کمک کند تا سیاست های حمایتی مناسب برای smes را شناسایی و اجرا کنند.

identification and prioritization of financing components for small and medium enterprises (sme) using neural network technology

financial supply is one of the key factors for the growth and survival of small and medium-sized enterprises (smes). this research focuses on identifying and prioritizing the components of financial supply for smes. to achieve this, an artificial neural network (ann) is used as an advanced method. the study consists of three main phases. firstly, through a review of the literature on the subject, the components of financial supply for smes were identified. then, by using surveys and gathering data from experts and managers of smes in iran, the necessary data for training the neural network were collected. finally, by analyzing the data using the neural network, the components of financial supply for smes were determined based on their priorities. the results showed that the most important components of financial supply for smes, in order of priority, are: investment, internal financial supply methods, and external financial supply. this research can help sme managers and decision-makers choose the best financial supply strategies for the growth and development of their businesses. additionally, the results of this research can assist policymakers and economic planners in identifying and implementing appropriate support policies for smes.
