طراحی شاخص اندازه گیری کیفیت مدیریت منابع طبیعی بر اساس رویکرد حکمرانی خوب در بخش دولتی

مدیریت منابع طبیعی به مدیریت منابعی همچون زمین، آب، خاک، گیاهان و حیوانات اشاره دارد و تمرکز آن بر کیفیت زندگی نسل حاضر و نسل های آتی می باشد. مدیریت منابع طبیعی، کنش طبیعت و انسان ها را مورد نظر قرار داده و برنامه ریزی کاربری زمین، مدیریت آب، حفاظت از تنوع زیستی و صنایع پایدار آینده مانند کشاورزی، معدن، گردشگری، ماهیگیری و جنگلداری را در برداردکه با مفهوم توسعه پایدار نیز گره خورده است. هدف این پژوهش، طراحی شاخص اندازه گیری کیفیت مدیریت منابع طبیعی بر اساس رویکرد حکمرانی خوب در بخش دولتی ایران است. در بخش کیفی پژوهش، یافته های حاصل از پیشینه و مصاحبه جهت طراحی شاخص ها و ابعاد کیفیت مدیریت منابع طبیعی در چارچوب اصول حکمرانی خوب دسته بندی و روایی محتوای آن توسط خبرگان تایید شد. در بخش کمی پژوهش نیز، جهت اعتبارسنجی و بررسی روایی سازه، روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده و روایی آن تایید گردید

natural resource management refers to the management of resources such as land, water, soil, plants and animals, and its focus is on the quality of life of the current generation and future generations. management of natural resources considers the action of nature and humans and includes land use planning, water management, biodiversity protection and future sustainable industries such as agriculture, mining, tourism, fishing and forestry, which is also related to the concept of sustainable development. has eaten. the purpose of this research is to design an index to measure the quality of natural resources management based on the approach of good governance in the public sector of iran. in the qualitative part of the research, the findings from the background and interview to design indicators and dimensions of the quality of natural resources management in the framework of good governance principles were categorized and its content validity was confirmed by experts. in the quantitative part of the research, in order to validate and check the validity of the structure, confirmatory factor analysis method was used and its validity was confirmed.
