پرورش و شکوفایی هوش فرهنگی در سازمان ها

یکی از اثرات هوش فرهنگی،افزایش بهره وری نیروی انسانی سازمان ها است.در کسب و کار،هوش فرهنگی منبع مهمی از بهره وری به شمار می رود و برای انجام کارها لازم است کارگران و متخصصان توصیه ها و پشتیبانی های دیگران را فراتر از ساختار سلسله مراتب شرکت به کار بندند.پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی پرورش و شکوفایی هوش فرهنگی در سازمان ها(مطالعه موردی:شرکت گاز استان فارس) انجام گرفته که از نظر سن،جنسیت،تحصیلات و سابقه کار کارکنان را مورد بررسی قرار می دهد.تحقیق حاضر از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر شیوه گردآوری داده های توصیفی از نوع همبستگی می باشد.جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل کارکنان شرکت گاز استان فارس بوده،که تعداد آن ها برابر 700 نفر می باشد. نتایج الگو سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد هوش فرهنگی تاثیر معناداری بر رفتار دارد و تاثیر آن بر بهره وری،سرمایه های انسانی تاثیر معناداری دارد.

one of the effects of cultural intelligence is to increase the productivity of human resources of organizations.in business,cultural intelligence is an important source of productivity,and to get things done,workers and professionals need to apply the advice and support of others beyond the corporate hierarchy.the present study aimed to investigate the cultivation and flourishing of cultural intelligence in organizations.the case study of fars gas company which examines the age,gender,education and work experience of employees.the peresnt study is applied from the perspective of the objective and from the perspective of the metod of collecting desciptive data is correlational.the statistical population of the present study includes the employees of fars gas company which is equal to 700 people.the results of structural equation modeling showd that cultural intelligence has a significant effect on behavior and its effect on human capital productivity has a significant effect.
