مروری بر عوامل موثر بر سودآوری شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

نظر به اهمیت و جایگاه ویژه بازار سرمایه در رشد و توسعه اقتصادی کشور، نیاز به گسترش روزافزون آن مهم به نظر می رسد. بازاری که باوجود افزایش دانش مالی افراد در سال های اخیر و توجه بیشتر مردم و دولت به آن، همچنان برای بسیاری از افراد آنگونه که باید شناخته شده نیست و به منظور موفقیت کامل در این مسیر راه درازی در پیش دارد.این در حالی است که شرایط پرنوسان کنونی بازار سرمایه به ویژه مهمترین رکن آن یعنی بورس اوراق بهادار و عدم اطمینان از سرمایه گذاری های به عمل آمده، ریسک فعالیت در آن را افزایش داده و سرمایه گذاران را برای ادامه مسیر دچار تردید کرده است.از آنجا که سود یکی از اطلاعات بااهمیت اقتصادی محسوب می شود و سرمایه گذاران فراوانی به سودای کسب سود قدم در این عرصه می گذارند؛ لذا شناخت عوامل موثر بر سودآوری در بورس اوراق بهادار و تلاش به منظور بهبود این عوامل نه تنها موجب ارتقاء سطح سرمایه گذاری های به عمل آمده شده، بلکه زمینه ساز مشارکت بیشتر مدیران، سرمایه گذاران و تصمیم گیرندگان میشود.به دلیل اهمیت موضوع مزبور، محققان زیادی سعی در بررسی وتشریح این عوامل داشته اند.شاید جامه عمل پوشاندن به این عوامل در منظر نخست، ساده به نظر برسد؛ اما تحقق یافتن تمامی یا ترکیبی از آن ها در شرایط متغیر اقتصادی و در شرکت هایی با زمینه های متفاوت زیربنایی، سازمانی و مدیریتی چالش برانگیز است و مستلزم تمرکز وتلاش بیشتر در جهت دستیابی به آنهاست.در این راستا، در تحقیق حاضر به مطالعه مروری در خصوص تحقیقات انجام شده در ایران و نیز در خارج از کشور در مورد عوامل موثر بر سودآوری شرکت های بورسی پرداخته شده است.

a review of factors affecting the profitability of companies listed on the tehran stock exchange

considering the importance and position of capital market in economic growth and development, the need to expand it seems important. a market that despite the increasing financial knowledge of people in recent years and more attention of the public and the government, continues to be a long way to many people as it is to be known and in order to achieve full success. meanwhile, the current fluctuating conditions of the capital market, especially its most important pillar, the stock exchange, and the uncertainty of the investments made, have increased the risk of operating in it and made investors hesitant to continue. since profit is considered one of the most important economic information and many investors step into this field in order to earn profit; therefore, knowing the factors affecting profitability in the stock exchange and trying to improve these factors will not only improve the level of investments made, but also create the basis for more participation of managers, investors and decision makers. many researchers have tried to investigate and explain these factors. perhaps the implementation of these factors seems simple at first sight; but realizing all or a combination of them in changing economic conditions and in companies with different infrastructural, organizational and managerial backgrounds is challenging and requires more concentration and effort to achieve them. in this regard, in this research, a review study regarding the research done in iran and abroad, it has been discussed about the factors affecting the profitability of listed companies.
