سنتز پلیمر آنتی باکتریال بر پایه پلی اتیلن گلایکول

کنترل میکروبی در جامعه مدرن بسیارحائز اهمیت است .پلیمرهای ضد میکروبی طبقه جدیدی از مواد ضدعفونی کننده هستند که حتی به عنوان جایگزین برای آنتی بیوتیک ها استفاده می شود[1]. پلی اتیلن گلایکول یک پلیمر قابل استفاده است که در زمینه های مختلف مانند صنعت، محیط زیست و شیمی پزشکی، پوشش سطح و غیره استفاده می شود [2،3]. بنابراین ما یک سنتز جدید از یک ترکیب پلیمری با استفاده از پلی اتیلن گلایکول، گلوتارآلدئید و نقره نیترات را گزارش می دهیم. بررسی این ترکیب پلیمری نشان می دهد توانایی ضد باکتری بسیار خوبی در برابر نوع باکتری های اشریشیا کلی و استافیلوکوکوس اورئوس را دارا می باشد.

synthesis of anti-bacterial polymer based on polyethylene glycol

the control of microbial is very important issue in modern society. antimicrobial polymers are the up and coming new class of disinfectants which can be used even as an alternative to antibiotics and control of environmental pollutants in used even as an alternative to antibiotics in some cases[1]. peg is an applicable polymer that was used in various fields such as industry, bio and medicinal chemistry, surface coating and etc[2,3]. therefore we report a new synthesis of a polymeric compound using peg, glutaraldehyde and silver nitrate .examining this polymeric compound indicate vary good antibacterial ability against type of e.coli and s. aureus.
