نقش گمرک الکترونیک در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی

هدف از انجام این پژوهش دستیابی به اثرات گمرک الکترونیک در تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی از طریق میزان اثرگذاری شاخص های گمرک الکترونیک برافزایش مقاومت اقتصادی در ایران است که با روش تحلیل محتوای آثار کتابخانهای و آمارهای اقتصادی به تبیین و توصیف برخی از شاخص های موثر بر اقتصاد مقاومتی میپردازد. گمرکات با کاربرد سامانه های الکترونیک باعث کاهش هزینه و افزایش سرعت ترخیص مواد اولیه و کالاهای واسطه ای میشود که منجر به افزایش تولید ناخالص داخلی و افزایش درآمد ملی و توسعه صادرات غیرنفتی میشوند که ازیکطرف وابستگی به درآمدهای نفتی کاهش مییابد و از طرف دیگر رفاه اجتماعی را افزایش میدهد. نتیجه اینکه همه شاخص های بررسی شده نشان از لزوم حرکت همه سازمانهای اقتصادی کشور و به خصوص سازمانهای مرتبط با تجارت کشور در جهت اهداف اقتصاد مقاومتی است تا اقتصاد کشور کارآمد شود و در مقابل تکانه های ناشی از حوادث جهانی و تیرهای زهرآگین سیاست های معارض جهانی آسیب نبیند.

the purpose of this research is to achieve the effects of electronic customs on the realization of the resistance economy in iran, with the method of analyzing the content of library work and economic statistics, to explain and describe some of the indexes that affect the resistance economy. customs whit the use of electronic systems reduce costs and speed the clearance of raw materials and intermediary goods, that leading to rising gdp and increasing national income and developing non-oil exports, on the one hand, the dependence on oil revenues decreases, on the other hand, increases social welfare. the result is of the indexes surveyed indicate the necessity of moving all economic organizations of the country, and especially the organizations related to the country trade in the pursuit of economic resistance. to make the economy of the country less harmful to the impacts of global events and poisonous beams of global opposition.
