بررسی نقش تعدیلگر هوش معنوی در رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و اثربخشی معلمان (مطالعه موردی: مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب)

هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی نقش تعدیلگر هوش معنوی در رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و اثربخشی معلمان (مطالعه موردی مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب)سال تحصیلی 96-97 بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق معلمان شاغل در مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب به تعداد 289 نفر بود که 165 نفر به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند. جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی کاری والتون (1973)، پرسشنامه اثربخشی معلم چو و بولی (2007)، پرسشنامه استاندارد شده هوش معنوی کینگ (2008) انجام گرفت. به منظور تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده از نرم افزار spss ویراست 19 و smart pls 2 استفاده شد.نتایج نشان داد رابطه مستقیمی بین کیفیت زندکی کاری و اثربخشی وجود دارد و همچنین متغیر هوش معنوی در رابطه بین کیفیت زندگی کاری و اثربخشی نقش تعدیل گری دارد.

investigating the moderating role of spiritual intelligence in the relationship between quality of work life and teachers effectiveness case study south roodbar secondary schools

the purpose of this study was to investigating the moderating role of spiritual intelligence in the relationship between quality of work life and teachers' effectiveness (case study: south roodbar secondary schools in the academic year of 2017-2018). the research method is descriptive correlational. the statistical population of this research consists of all the high schools of the second period in the first district of the city of roodbar of the south with 289 people, of whom 165 were selected by simple random sampling method. the information has been collected by the walton work quality quality questionnaire (1973), teacher chow and boolean efficiency inventory (2007), king spiritual intelligence questionnaire (2008). to analyze the collected data, spss version 19 and smart pls 2 software have been used. the results showed that there is a direct relationship between the quality of work life and effectiveness, and the spiritual intelligence variable has a moderator role in the relationship between quality of work life and the effectiveness .
