رابطه بین ساختار مالکیت و کیفیت افشای شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه تاثیر ساختار مالکیت و کیفیت افشا در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر، شامل 92 شرکت برای دوره زمانی 1392 تا 1396 است. روش پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نوع پژوهش های توصیفی همبستگی است. همچنین با توجه به مبانی نظری پژوهش چهار متغیر اندازه شرکت، نسبت بدهی، زیان شرکت و بازده دارایی به عنوان متغیر کنترلی مد نظر قرار گرفتند برای آزمون فرضیهها از الگوی رگرسیون چند متغیره مبتنی بر تکنیک دادههای تابلویی استفاده شده است. یافتههای بدست آمده حاکی از آن است که بین مالکیت نهادی و کیفیت افشا رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد اما بین مالکیت نهادی و کیفیت افشا رابطه معنادار وجود ندارد

the relationship between ownership structure and disclosure quality of listed companies in tehran stock exchange

the purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between the ownership structure and the disclosure quality in companies admitted to tehran stock exchange. the statistical sample of this study consists of 92 companies for the period 2013 to 2017. the method of this research is applied to the purpose of research and descriptive correlations. considering the theoretical foundations of the research, four variables such as company size, debt ratio, corporate losses and asset returns were considered as a control variable. to test the hypotheses, a multivariate regression model based on panel data technique has been used. findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between institutional ownership and disclosure quality but there is no significant relationship between institutional ownership and disclosure quality
