بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهبود عملکرد مالی بانک صادرات شعب استان کرمان

مدیریت کیفیت جامع سیستمی را در سازمان پیاده میکند که یک سازمان بتواند ارائه خدمات با کیفیت تر و قیمت پایینتر عرضه نماید و در بلند مدت موجب بهبود نگرش عملکرد مالی خواهد شد. لذا این تحقیق بدنبال بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر بهبود نگرش نگرش عملکرد مالی بانک صادرات شعب استان کرمان میباشد. جهت جمع آوری داده های تحقیق از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شده است که روایی و پایایی آن به تایید رسیده است. بازه زمانی تحقیق سال 1397 میباشد. فرضیه اصلی تحقیق بیانگر اینست که عواملی از قبیل میزان تعهد و رهبری، ساختار سازمانی ،توجه به مشتری ،ارتباط سازمانی ،توسعه منابع انسانی ،فرهنگ سازی و انجام کار تیمی بر بهبود نگرش عملکرد مالی بانک صادرات شعب استان کرمان تاثیر دارند. جامعه آماری شامل 281 نفر از کارمندان ارشد و روسای شعب بانک صادرات استان میباشد که پرسشنامه بین همه آنها توزیع گردید. از میان پرسشنامه های برگشتی تعداد 115 پرسشنامه قابل قبول بدست آمد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار آموس و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که عوامل میزان تعهد و رهبری، ساختار سازمانی، توجه به مشتری، فرهنگ سازی و انجام کار تیمی بر بهبود نگرش عملکرد مالی بانک صادرات شعب استان کرمان تاثیر دارند.

the effect of total quality management on improving financial performance of saderat branch bank of kerman province

total quality management provides a system in the organization which can provide better quality and lower prices, and will improve financial performance in the long run.therefore, this research seeks to investigate the effect of total quality management on improving financial performance of saderat bank branches in kerman province. to collect the research data, a questionnaire was used that confirmed its validity and reliability. the research period is 2018. the main hypothesis of the research suggests that factors such as the level of commitment and leadership, organizational structure and other factors have an impact on improving financial performance. the statistical population consisted of 281 senior staff and the heads of the branches of saderat bank. the questionnaire was distributed among all of them. among the returned questionnaires, 115 was acceptable. data were analyzed using amos software and structural equation modeling. the results of the research show that factors such as obligation and leadership, organizational structure, customer attention, culture and teamwork affect the improvement of financial performance of branches of saderat bank in kerman province
