اعتباریابی پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های اعضای هیئت علمی مرزگستر

پژوهش با هدف طراحی و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های اعضای هیئت‌ علمی مرزگستر انجام شد. پژوهش ترکیبی و از نوع اکتشافی متوالی (کیفی- کمی) بود. بنابراین دو بخش طراحی و اجرا شد. 1- برای شناسایی ویژگی‌های اعضای هیئت علمی مرزگستر و ابعاد آن و ساخت ابزاراز رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران بود که تعداد 15 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش این بخش مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. 2- در بخش دوم، پژوهش از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی بود. جامعه آماری شامل اعضای هیئت علمی دانشکده‌های فنی دانشگاه‌های دولتی شهر تهران به تعداد 2189 نفر بود که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه به تعداد 327 نفر تعیین و نمونه‌گیری به روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای- نسبی انجام شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش‌های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تحلیل عاملی تاییدی مرتبه دوم و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. یافته‌های بخش کیفی نشان داد؛ اعضای هیئت علمی مرزگستر دارای سه دسته ویژگی‌های فردی، شغلی و سازمانی می‌باشند. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد مقیاس 19 گویه‌ای ساخته شده از نظر روایی محتوایی، روایی سازه و پایایی از مطلوبیت بالایی برخوردار است، برا ین اساس پرسشنامه ویژگی‌های اعضای هیئت علمی مرزگستر قابلیت سنجش ویژگی‌های مرزگستری اعضای هیئت علمی در مطالعات پژوهشی را دارد.

validation of the questionnaire on the characteristics of the academic boundary spanner faculty members

the current research was conducted with the aim of validating a tool for measuring the characteristics of academic boundary spanner at the level of faculty members. the research method was mixed and sequential exploratory (qualitative-quantitative). therefore, two section were designed and implemented. 1- to identify the characteristics of academic boundary spanner and its dimensions and to build a tool with a qualitative approach and using the phenomenological method. the research community was the faculty members of public universities in tehran, 15 of whom were selected by purposive sampling. the research tool in this section was a semi-structured interview. 2- the research was descriptive-analytical. the statistical population included 2189 faculty members of technical faculties of tehran state universities, which was determined using cochran's formula to determine the sample size of 327 people, and sampling was done using a stratified-proportional random method. data analysis was done with exploratory factor analysis, second-order factor analysis and cronbach's alpha coefficient. the findings showed; boundary spanner faculty members have three categories of personal, professional and organizational characteristics. also, the constructed 19-item scale is highly desirable in terms of content validity, construct validity and reliability. the tool for measuring the characteristics of academic boundary spanners (at the level of faculty members) has the ability to measure the characteristics of boundary spanners in research studies.
