طراحی مدل شایستگی مدیران ورزشی دانشگاه های ایران

روش تحقیق مورداستفاده در این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود؛ و باتوجه به اینکه در این تحقیق از ابزار مصاحبه و مطالعه اسناد و مدارک استفاده شد تا میزان و نوع روابط بین متغیرها، برای پاسخ به مسئله‌ای علمی در دنیای واقعی مورد بررسی قرار گیرد لذا تحقیق به لحاظ روش انجام کار کیفی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان در مصاحبه شامل مدیران اجرایی و دست‌اندرکاران ورزشی دانشگاه‌ها، متخصصان ورزشی، اساتید و خبرگانی بود که در زمینه مدیریت دانشگاهی و مدیریت ورزشی صاحب‌نظر بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی بود. ابزار مورداستفاده در سه بخش انجام پژوهش شامل اسناد و مدارک کتابخانه‌ای در ارتباط با شایستگی مدیران ورزشی دانشگاه‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختارمند با اساتید دانشگاهی و خبرگان در حوزه‌های مدیریت ورزشی و مدیریت دانشگاهی و در پایان کار، نتایج برای 6 نفر از خبرگان و اساتیدی که با آن‌ها مصاحبه صورت گرفته‌بود ارسال شد تا نامگذاری و دسته‌بندی تم‌های اولیه، فرعی و اصلی را تایید کنند.

designing a competency model for sports managers in iranian universities

the research method used in this study was applied in terms of purpose; and given that this study used interview and document study tools to examine the extent and type of relationships between variables to answer a scientific problem in the real world, the research was qualitative in terms of the method of work. the participants in the interview included executive managers and university sports officials, sports specialists, professors and experts who were experts in the field of university management and sports management. the sampling method was purposive and snowball. the tools used in the three parts of the research included library documents related to the competence of university sports managers, semi-structured interviews with university professors and experts in the fields of sports management and university management, and at the end of the work, the results were sent to 6 experts and professors who were interviewed to confirm the naming and classification of primary, secondary and main themes.
