بررسی رابطه جهت‌گیری هدف تحصیلی و مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجومعلمان

دانشگاه فرهنگیان باید شرایطی فراهم کند تا دانشجومعلمان بهتر تصمیم بگیرند و مسئولیت تصمیم‌هایشان را بپذیرند. تصمیمات باید به‌گونه‌ای باشد که آنان را به سمت موفقیت سوق دهد و مسئولیت انتخابی که کرده‌اند را بپذیرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه جهت‌گیری هدف تحصیلی و مسئولیت‌پذیری دانشجومعلمان پسر دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید رجایی کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 1399 1400 بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجومعلمان پسر مقطع کارشناسی رشته آموزش ابتدایی دانشگاه فرهنگیان پردیس شهید رجایی کرمانشاه بودند که تعداد 219 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، از پرسشنامه‌های مسئولیت‌پذیری روان‌شناختی کالیفرنیا (cpi) و پرسشنامه جهت‌گیری هدف الیوت و مک گریگور استفاده شد و داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج ضرایب رگرسیون نشان داد که مولفه‌های هدف تسلط، هدف عملکردگرایشی، هدف عملکرداجتنابی (0.05≥p) می‌توانند واریانس متغیر مسئولیت‌پذیری را به‌صورت معنی‌دار تبیین کنند و جهت‌گیری هدف تحصیلی با 0.95 اطمینان می‌تواند تغییرات مربوط به مسئولیت‌پذیری را پیش‌بینی کند.

investigating the relationship between academic goal orientation and student teacher responsibility

the purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between academic goal orientation and responsibility of male student teachers of farhangian university of shahid rajaei campus in kermanshah in the academic year of 2014 2016. the statistical population included all male students and teachers in the field of elementary education of farhangian university،shahid rajaei campus،kermanshah،in the number of 497 people،of which 219 people were selected as the research sample using random sampling method. . to collect research data،the california psychological responsibility questionnaire (cpi) and the elliott and mcgregor goal orientation questionnaire were used،and the data were analyzed using spss software. the results of the regression coefficients showed that the components of mastery goal،performance oriented goal،and avoidance performance goal (p ≥ 0.05) can significantly explain the variance of responsibility variable and academic goal orientation can predict changes related to responsibility with 0.95 confidence
