واکاوی سیاست های آموزشی دوران کرونا از منظر عدالت آموزشی از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی استان البرز

در راستای سیاست های آموزشی دوران کرونا و رفع مشکلات احتمالی موجود می توان جهت برنامه ریزی و ارزیابی و ارتقای کیفیت گام هایی را برداشت. هدف این پژوهش واکاوی سیاست های آموزشی دوران کرونا از منظر عدالت آموزشی از دیدگاه مدیران مدارس ابتدایی استان البرز بود. پژوهش از نظر ماهیت کیفی، از حیث بُعد مطالعه از نوع کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی، بر اساس هدف ، بنیادی و از نظر زمان گردآوری داده‌ها، مقطعی است. همچنین روش تحلیل داده‌های مصاحبه از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری کلیه‌ اسناد پژوهشی، خبرگان آموزش و پرورش و مطلعانی که در حوزه آموزش و پرورش بودند و نمونه حداکثر اسناد پژوهشی به دست آمده اعم از مقاله، رساله، گزارش و طرح پژوهشی از سال 2000 تا 2022 میلادی که بیشترین ارتباط را با موضوع پژوهش داشته اند انتخاب شد. در پژوهش حاضر، پس از مصاحبه با 7 نفر، اشباع نظری در جمع آوری داده ها در سازمان آموزش و پرورش استان البرز حاصل شد که بر این اساس تعداد 5 کد اصلی بود که معرف شاخص های عدالت آموزشی و 14 کد محوری که معرف مولفه- های ابعاد بود. همچنین تعداد 62 کد باز مشخص شد که پس از ادغام به 46 کد باز کاهش یافت. مهمترین یافته‌های پژوهش پس از مرور دقیق ادبیات و پیشینه داخلی و خارجی و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان و صاحب نظران حوزه‌های مرتبط با شاخص های عدالت آموزشی در 5 بعد (ویژگی‌های فردی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل آموزش) شناسایی شد. در این پژوهش سعی شد که با نگاهی جامع شاخص های عدالت آموزشی شناسایی و تبیین شود به نحوی که برای علاقه‌مندان و پژوهشگران این حوزه مورد بهره‌برداری و استفاده قرار گیرد.

in line with the educational policies of the corona era and solving possible problems, steps can be taken to plan, evaluate and improve the quality. the purpose of this research was to analyze the educational policies of the corona era from the point of view of educational justice from the point of view of the principals of primary schools in alborz province. the current research is qualitative in nature, library and field type, based on the purpose, fundamental and cross-sectional in terms of data collection time. the method of data analysis is thematic analysis the statistical population is the general research documents, experts and informants who were in the field of education in the province. for the validity of the research, three aspects of data sources and self-review of the researcher have been used. for the reliability of the research, two supervisors who were experts in the field of educational sciences were selected and feedbacks were received separately but in parallel ,and revisions were also made and it was ensured that the findings fully reflect the existing realities. after interviewing 7 people, the theoretical saturation of the data was achieved, with 5 main codes representing the indicators of educational justice and 14 central codes representing the components of the dimensions also, the number of 62 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 46 after the merger. the most important research findings were identified in 5 dimensions (individual characteristics ,economic factors, social factors, organizational factors, education factors .) in this research, an attempt was made to identify and explain the indicators of educational justice with a comprehensive view in such a way that it can be exploited and used by those interested and researchers in this field.
