شناسایی مهارت های مورد نیاز اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی در راستای توانمندسازی آنان

در راستای توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی و رفع مشکلات و موانع احتمالی موجود می توان در جهت برنامه ریزی و ارزیابی آموزش مهارت ها و اتقای کیفیت گام برداشت. با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع، هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و بررسی مهارت‌های مورد نیاز اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی در راستای توانمندسازی آنان بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر ماهیت کیفی، از حیث بُعد مطالعه از توع کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی، بر اساس هدف پژوهش، بنیادی و از نظر زمان گردآوری داده‌ها، مقطعی است. همچنین روش تحلیل داده‌های مصاحبه از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. جامعه آماری کلیه‌ اسناد پژوهشی، استادان دانشگاه، متخصصان و مطلعانی که با مرکز یادگیری و اعضای هیئت علمی آشنایی داشتند و نمونه حداکثر اسناد پژوهشی به دست آمده اعم از مقاله، رساله، گزارش و طرح پژوهشی از سال 2000 تا 2022 میلادی که بیشترین ارتباط را با موضوع پژوهش داشته اند انتخاب شد. در پژوهش حاضر، پس از مصاحبه با 8 نفر، اشباع نظری در جمع آوری داده ها در مرکز یادگیری اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه حاصل شد که بر این اساس تعداد 5 کد اصلی که معرف ابعاد توانمندسازی و 9 کد محوری که معرف مولفه‌ های ابعاد بود شناسایی شد. همچنین تعداد 50 کد باز مشخص شد که پس از ادغام به 28 کد باز کاهش یافت. مهمترین یافته‌های پژوهش پس از مرور دقیق ادبیات و پیشینه داخلی و خارجی و انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان و صاحب نظران حوزه‌های مرتبط با توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی مهارت‌های مورد نیاز اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی در راستای توانمندسازی آنان است. با توجه به یافته های حاصل از پژوهش و مقایسه با پژوهش های انجام شده که در پیشینه پژوهش ذکرشده است یافته های پژوهش بر اساس ابعاد، مهارت های مورد نیاز اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علامه طباطبایی در راستای توانمندسازی در سه بعد (عوامل عوامل اقتصادی- عوامل آموزشی) شناسایی شد. در این پژوهش سعی شد که با نگاهی جامع مهارت های موردنیاز اعضای هیات علمی در راستای توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی شناسایی و تبیین شود به نحوی که برای علاقه مندان و پژوهشگران این حوزه مورد بهره برداری و استفاده قرار گیرد.

identifying the skills needed by the faculty members of allameh tabatabai university in order to empower them

in order to empower faculty members and solve possible problems and obstacles, we can take steps to plan and evaluate skills training and improve quality. considering the importance of this issue, the purpose of this research was to identify and examine the skills needed by the faculty members of allameh tabatabai university in order to empower them. the current research is qualitative in terms of its nature, in terms of the library and field study, based on the research objective, it is fundamental and in terms of the time of data collection, it is cross-sectional. also, the interview data analysis method is thematic analysis. the general statistical population of research documents, university professors, specialists and informants who were familiar with the learning center and faculty members and the maximum sample of research documents obtained, including articles, dissertations, reports and research plans from 2000 to 2022, which are most relevant it was selected with the topic of research. in the current research, after interviewing 8 people, theoretical saturation was achieved in the data collection in the learning center of the university faculty members, based on which 5 main codes representing the dimensions of empowerment and 9 central codes representing the components of the dimensions were obtained. is identified. also, the number of 50 open codes was determined, which was reduced to 28 after the merger. the most important findings of the research after a detailed review of the domestic and foreign literature and background and conducting interviews with experts and experts in the fields related to the empowerment of faculty members are the skills needed by faculty members of allameh tabatabai university in order to empower them. according to the findings of the research and comparison with the conducted researches that are mentioned in the background of the research, the findings of the research are based on the dimensions, the skills needed by the faculty members of allameh tabatabai university in the direction of empowerment in three dimensions (social factors - economic factors - educational factors) were identified. in this research, an attempt was made to identify and explain the skills needed by faculty members with a comprehensive view in order to empower the faculty members in a way that can be utilized and used by those interested and researchers in this field.
