بررسی رابطه بین مولفه‌های توانمندسازی با سرمایه فکری مدیران آموزش و پرورش

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین مولفه‌های توانمندسازی با سرمایه فکری مدیران آموزش و پرورش ساری در سال 1402 انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه مدیران مدارس شهرستان ساری (167 نفر) تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه با جدول کرجسی و مورگان 115 نفر انتخاب شد که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی از نوع طبقه‌ای تعیین شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل پرسشنامه‌های توانمندسازی کارکنان اسپیر تیزر و میشرا(1992) و سرمایه فکری بونتیس(1998) بود. روایی ابزار توسط متخصصان و صاحب‌نظران در حوزه علوم تربیتی مورد تایید قرار گرفت و پایایی ابزار با روش آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه توانمندسازی 0/82، پرسشنامه سرمایه فکری 0/78 بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با معیارهایی چون فراوانی برحسب تعداد، درصد، نمودار و آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف برای تعیین نرمال بودن متغیرها، آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون جهت رد یا تایید فرضیه‌ها استفاده گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داد که بین مولفه ارتباطی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطه‌ای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه انگیزشی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطه‌ای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. بین مولفه شناختی توانمندسازی با سرمایه انسانی، سرمایه رابطه‌ای و سرمایه ساختاری مدیران آموزش و پرورش رابطه وجود دارد. یافته های این پژوهش نشان داده است، با توجه به اهمیت شغلی مدیران آموزش و پروش جهت توانمند شدن ازلحاظ شایستگی، خودمختاری، تاثیرگذاری، معنی دار بودن و اعتماد نیاز به توجه زیادی به سرمایه های انسانی به ویژه سرمایه های فکری می تواند به آنان کمک های شایانی در امر مدیریت آنان نماید.

examining the relationship between empowerment components and the intellectual capital of education managers

the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between empowerment components and the intellectual capital of sari education managers in 1402. the descriptive research method was correlation type. the statistical population of this research was made up of all principals of schools in sari city (‌167 people). the sample size was selected using the karjesi and morgan table of 115 people who were determined by stratified random sampling method.the data collection tools included the employee empowerment questionnaires of spiritizer and mishra (1992) and intellectual capital of bontis (1998). the validity of the tool was confirmed by experts and experts in the field of educational sciences, and the reliability of the tool was obtained by cronbach’s alpha method for empowerment questionnaire 0.82, intellectual capital questionnaire 0.78. in order to analyze descriptive and inferential statistics with criteria such as frequency by number, percentage, graph and kolmogorov-smirnov test to determine the normality of variables, pearson’s correlation coefficient test was used to reject or confirm the hypotheses. the results of the pearson correlation test showed that there is a relationship between the communication component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. there is a relationship between the motivational component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers. there is a relationship between the cognitive component of empowerment with human capital, relational capital and structural capital of education managers.the findings of this research have shown that due to the importance of the job of education and training managers in order to be empowered in terms of competence, autonomy, influence, meaningfulness and trust, the need to pay a lot of attention to human capital, especially intellectual capital, can give them great help in their management.
