تحولات آموزش عالی و انقلاب صنعتی چهارم

انقلاب صنعتی چهارم تغییر و تحول را در کلیه نظام‌های معرفت، ثروت، قدرت و منزلت زندگی بشر اجتناب ناپذیر نموده و به تبع آن آموزش عالی را به جهت پاسخگویی نیازهای محلی- جهانی به بازاندیشی در ساختارها و نظام‌های خود فرا خوانده است. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل و رویکردی نوین از آموزش نظام دانشگاهی متناسب با مبانی فکری انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و وب 04 تدوین شده است. این تحقیق در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی (سنتز پژوهی/مروری سیستماتیک بر متون) و با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیلی-ترکیبی انجام شده است. به همین منظور مقالات نمایه شده در مجلات معتبردر بازه زمانی 2010 تا 2022 با موضوع «آموزش 04» «انقلاب صنعتی 04» «وب04» به عنوان جامعه آماری انتخاب شدند. با راهبرد جستجوی برگزیده، تعداد 50 مقاله بازیابی و بعد از آن با توجه به معیار همتایی مقالات با هدف پژوهش، تعداد 42 مقاله انتخاب و با استفاده از روش‌های تحلیل مقایسه‌ای و تحلیل مضمون (تم) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها نشان از تحلیل مقایسه‌ای چهار عصر انقلاب صنعتی، فناوری‌های وب و نسل‌های آموزش و همچنین تحلیل مضمون؛ 1مضمون فراگیر، 9مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 44 مضمون پایه دارد. نتایج نشان از ضرورت تحول در رویکردها و مدل‌های آموزشی دانشگاه‌ها و آموزش عالی به سمت آموزش دانشگاهی 04 با رویکرد ناشی از مبانی نظری انقلاب صنعتی چهارم و فناوری‌های وب همزیستی (04) دارد. در پایان راه‌حل‌‌های نوآورانه‌ای برای آموزش عالی ایران در فضای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم ارائه گردید. مقاله حاضر برگرفته از رساله دکتری آیند ه پژوهی ساختار رشته ها و گرو ه های آموزشی دانشگاهی در فضای انقلاب صنعتی چهارم رشته مدیریت آموزشی دانشگاه شهید چمران اهواز است.

higher education developments and the fourth industrial revolution

the fourth industrial revolution has made change and transformation inevitable in all systems of knowledge, wealth, power and dignity of human life, and accordingly, it has called higher education to rethink its structures and systems in order to respond to local-global needs. therefore, the present study was compiled with the aim of presenting a new model and approach of education in the university system in accordance with the intellectual foundations of the fourth industrial revolution and web 04. this research has been done in the framework of a qualitative approach (synthesis research / systematic review of texts) and analytical-combined method. for this purpose, articles indexed in prestigious journals on the subject of &education 04&, &industrial revolution 04&, &web 04& were selected as the statistical population. with the selected search strategy, 50 articles were retrieved and then according to the criteria of peer-reviewed articles, 42 articles were selected and analyzed using the methods of comparative analysis and theme analysis. findings showed a comparative analysis of the four eras of the industrial revolution, web technologies and generations of education as well as content analysis; it has 1 comprehensive theme, 9 organizing themes and 44 basic themes. the results indicate the need for a change in the approaches and models of university education and higher education towards university education 04 with an approach based on the theoretical foundations of the fourth industrial revolution and coexistence web technologies (04). at the end, innovative solutions for higher education in iran in the atmosphere of the fourth industrial revolution were presented.
