موانع تحقق اجرای تربیت علمی و فناوری سند تحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در مدارس و ارائۀ راهکارها از منظر معلمان و متخصصان

زمینه: در عصر حاضر، تمرکز بر توسعه و پیشرفت مهارت‌ های مختلف از جمله ارتباطات، تفکر خلاق و سازگاری با محیط اطراف، ضروری است. هدف: هدف این پژوهش، مطالعۀ تجارب زیستۀ معلمان و اساتید دانشگاه در حوزۀ چالش‌ های مرتبط با تربیت فناورانه و ارائۀ راهکارهایی برای اصلاح آن ‌ها است.روش: روش پژوهش، کیفی و از نوع پدیدارشناسی است. مصاحبه‌ شوندگان پژوهش، شامل معلمان و اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بودند. برای انتخاب شرکت‌ کنندگان، نمونه‌ گیری هدفمند و تا رسیدن به حد اشباع انجام شد. مصاحبه از معلمان به صورت حضوری با تعداد 16 نفر و پنج نفر غیرحضوری و در میان متخصصان 15 نفر حضوری و چهار نفر غیرحضوری صورت گرفت. دلیل این نوع مصاحبه ‌های غیرحضوری، بهره‌ مندی از تجارب شناخته شده در سظح استان و محدودیت‌ های دسترسی بود. یافته ‌ها: در مصاحبه‌ها اغلب معلمان و اساتید بر وجود چالش‌ هایی در مدارس بر حوزۀ تربیت علمی و فناوارنه تاکید کردند. این چالش‌ ها در ابعاد مختلفی مانند استفادۀ مسئولانه و تصرف طبیعت، اصول خلاقیت، نوآوری، تفکر انتقادی، و توجه متعادل به علوم نظری و ارتباط محتوا با زندگی فردی و اجتماعی حال و آینده دانش‌آموزان ظاهر شدند. همچنین، راهکارهایی برای غلبه بر این چالش‌ ها ارائه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی، تربیت فناورانه در سطح مدارس با چالش ‌هایی روبرو است که نیازمند راهکارهای متنوع و نوین برای رفع آن‌ ها است. پیشنهاد می‌شود عوامل مدرسه و همچنین والدین، با طرح مسائل و چالش‌ های مرتبط در مفاهیم درسی و حوزه‌ های دیگر، دانش‌آموزان را به تفکر خلاق و حل مسئله ترغیب کرده و زمینۀ رشد استعداد های آنان را فراهم آورند.

obstacles in the implementation of the scientific and technological education area of the fundamental transformation document of the islamic republic of iran in schools and providing solutions from the perspective of teachers and specialists

background: in the present era, it is necessary to focus on the development and advancement of various skills, communication, creative thinking, and adaptation to the surrounding environment.aim: the objective of the present study is to study the lived experiences of teachers and university professors regarding the challenges prevailing in the category of technological education and to provide solutions for its improvement.method: the research method is qualitative and phenomenological. the interviewees of the study included teachers and university professors of education in the academic year 2023-2024. to select the participants, a purposive sampling method was applied until saturation was reached. 16 teachers were interviewed in person and the rest were not. the reason for the not-in-person interview was to provide an opportunity to use the experiences of teachers who were known at the provincial level. it was practically difficult to interview them in person due to the distance, so an attempt was made to interview them virtually.results: in interviews with teachers and university professors, the majority of them raised the existence of challenges in schools in the field of scientific and technological education at the level of components of responsible use and disposal of nature, principles of creativity, innovation and critical thinking, balanced attention to the areas of theoretical sciences, and the relationship of learning content with the present and future individual and social life of the educators. they also expressed solutions to overcome these challenges.conclusion: therefore, the category of technological education at the school level has challenges that should be considered in order to overcome them through various solutions. therefore, it is suggested that school staff and even parents challenge students by proposing challenging issues related to lesson concepts and providing them with the necessary foundation for creativity.
