طراحی چارچوب اکوسیستم خط مشی گذاری منطقه‌ای برای وزارت بهداشت و درمان ایران با رویکرد کیفی

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی چارچوب اکوسیستم خط مشی گذاری منطقه‌ای برای وزارت بهداشت و درمان ایران با رویکرد کیفی بود.روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- تحلیلی بوده و دارای ماهیت کاربردی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر خبرگان در وزارت بهداشت و درمان می‌باشند، که با توجه به نوع پژوهش20 نفر از افراد این حوزه که دارای مدرک تحصیلی کارشناسی ارشد و دکتری و دارای بیش از 5 سال سابقه در این حوزه بودند، بصورت هدفمند نمونه گیری و انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری اطلاعات از روش میدانی و ابزار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده گردید. داده‌های بدست آمده به روش کدگذاری های (باز، محوری و انتخابی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها 12 عامل (تحلیل وضعیت فعلی، هماهنگی و همکاری، مانیتورینگ و ارزیابی، مدیریت منابع و نظارت و ارزیابی، زیر ساخت و فناوری، همکاری بین المللی، توسعه پایدار، سیاست‌های ملی، مشارکت مردمی، آمادگی فرایندی، شبکه ارزش فرایندی، دستاورد فرایندی) نشان داد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت چارچوب ارائه شده می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک راهنمای جامع برای طراحی و اجرای اکوسیستم خط مشی‌گذاری منطقه‌ای وزارت بهداشت و درمان استفاده شود. همچنین، می‌تواند به سازمان‌ها و ذینفعان کمک کند تا به‌طور موثرتر با یکدیگر همکاری کنند و از فرصت‌های موجود بهره‌برداری نمایند. هر یک از مولفه‌ها باید به‌صورت متعامل و همزمان مورد توجه قرار گیرد تا دستاوردهای نهایی به‌دست آید.

designing a regional policy-making ecosystem framework for iran’s ministry of health and medical education using a qualitative approach
