تحلیل فساد در انتخابات مدیریتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی و تاثیر آن بر راهبردهای توسعه

هدف: این مقاله به تحلیل فساد در انتخابات مدیریتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران و تاثیر آن بر راهبردهای توسعه این نهادها می‌پردازد. روش‌شناسی: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی است و با استفاده از روش‌های کیفی، به بررسی عمیق موضوع پرداخته است. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با کارشناسان و مدیران ورزشی، و همچنین مرور منابع و مطالعات گذشته گردآوری شده‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها به روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی انجام شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که فساد در انتخابات مدیریتی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی به‌طور گسترده‌ای بر تخصیص منابع و بودجه‌ها تاثیرگذار است و منجر به کاهش کارایی و اثربخشی این نهادها در اجرای پروژه‌های توسعه‌ای می‌شود. همچنین، فساد باعث کاهش کیفیت تربیت ورزشکاران و توسعه منابع انسانی، و تضعیف اعتبار و عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی می‌گردد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که تقویت نهادهای نظارتی، ارتقای شفافیت و ترویج فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر اخلاق از جمله راهکارهای موثر برای مقابله با فساد است. نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش به این نتیجه رسیده است که برای مقابله با فساد در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران و بهبود مدیریت این نهادها، لازم است که نهادهای نظارتی تقویت شوند، شفافیت در فرآیندهای انتخاباتی و مدیریتی افزایش یابد، و فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر اصول اخلاقی و دموکراتیک ترویج گردد. همچنین، استفاده از تکنولوژی‌های نوین مانند بلاک‌چین می‌تواند به کاهش فساد و افزایش اعتماد عمومی کمک کند.

objective: this article analyzes corruption in the managerial elections of iran’s sports federations and its impact on the development strategies of these organizations. methodology: the research is descriptive-analytical and employs qualitative methods for an in-depth exploration of the topic. data were collected through semi-structured interviews with experts and sports managers, as well as a review of relevant literature and past studies. data analysis was conducted using qualitative content analysis. findings: the findings indicate that corruption in the managerial elections of sports federations significantly affects the allocation of resources and budgets, leading to reduced efficiency and effectiveness in executing development projects. moreover, corruption diminishes the quality of athlete training and human resource development, weakening the performance and credibility of sports federations at national and international levels. strengthening oversight institutions, enhancing transparency, and promoting an organizational culture based on ethics are identified as effective strategies for combating corruption. conclusion: the research concludes that to combat corruption in iran’s sports federations and improve their management, it is essential to strengthen oversight institutions, increase transparency in electoral and managerial processes, and foster an organizational culture rooted in ethical and democratic principles. additionally, the use of modern technologies such as blockchain could help reduce corruption and increase public trust.
