مدل ساختاری تفسیری ،صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی حفاری نفت و گاز (مورد مطالعه: شرکت ملی حفاری ایران)

صادرات غیر نفتی متشکل از دو محور صدور کالا و صدور خدمات است که موفقیت در هر یک از حوزه های صادراتی در گروه طیف وسیعی از مولفه های خرد و کلان مربوط به هریک می باشد. رهایی از اقتصاد تک محصولی و ایجاد تنوع در اقلام صادرات کالا و خدمات از ضرورت های خاص ایران است. صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی علاوه بر توسعه ی بخش کالایی، باعث اشتغال زایی، بهبود تراز تجاری و رشد اقتصادی کشورها می شود. با توجه به نقش صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی در بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی، در این مطالعه سعی شده است که الگویی برای صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی حفاری تصریح شود، ازاین رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل  ساختاری  تفسیری ،صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی حفاری نفت و گازاست.این پژوهش  با استفاده  از روش های آمیخته به طراحی مدل پرداخته از این رو یک پژوهش کاربردی بوده و با کمک روش های استقرایی و تفسیری انجام میشود . استفاده می نماید می‌باشد.جامعه و نمونه اماری این تحقیق عبارتنداز :  در بخش کیفی و تحلیل محتوای برنامه های استراتژیک و مرامنامه های خدمات فنی و مهندسی  22 شرکت بزرگ حوزه نفت و گاز  دنیا  در نظر گرفته شد و به روش سر شماری بیست و دو شرکت انتخاب شدند . همچنین در بخش کمی جامعه آماری شامل ذینفعان و استفاده گیرندگان از حوزه  صادرات خدمات فنی ومهندسی است تعداد این افراد نامحدود است. بر اساس فزمول کوکران برای جوامع نامحدود 384 نفر محاسبه شد .  به کمک روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی عداد 20 بعد و 97 شاخص  شناسایی شدند . . برای آزمون سوالات تحقیق و مدل‌سازی، از مدل سازی ساختاری – تفسیری استفاده شده است. پس از طراحی مدل ،سطح بندی مولفه ها و نوع مولفه ها تشریح شد . نتایج سطح بندی مدلسازی نشان داد که سطح اول شامل عملکرد صادرات خدمات فنی و مهندسی ، قابلیتهای بازار یابی صادرات ، تشکیل کمیته و توانایی قابلیت ارائه خدمات به صورت یکپارچه بوده است.  سطح دوم شامل سه لایه که در این لایه مولفه های  خدمات بانکی و اسناد اعتباری ارزی- ریالی، اقدام به صادرات و اهداف کیفی مبتنی بر استراتژیهای شرکت  وجود دارد.  سطح سوم شامل چهار مولفه  که عبارتند از کمیته عالی در خصوص اولویت بندی خدمات فنی و مهندسی ،تقویت بنیه مالی ،ماشین آلات  و تعاملات با وزارت خارجه  وجود دارد سطح چهارم دارای یک مولفه مدیریت یکپارچه است.  سطح پنجم دارای  دو مولفه خدمات فنی و مهندسی چاه ها و لوازم مصرفی مورد نیاز برای اجرای پیمان خدمات فنی و مهندسی است. سطح ششم دارای سه متغیر نیروی کار، تامین اجتماعی و مهندسی برنامه ریزی عملیات خشکی دریایی .سطح هفتم  شامل مولفه های سیاست گذاری صادرات به منظور ارزآوری ،استراتژیهای ورود به بازار یابی بین المللی شرکت و گواهی نامه های تخصصی یکپارچه بین المللی فنی و مهندسی است .

interpretive structural model, exports of oil and gas drilling technical and engineering services (case study: national iranian drilling company)

non-oil export consists of two axes of goods export and service export, and the success in each of the export areas is a wide range of micro and macro components related to each. getting rid of the single-product economy and diversifying the export of goods and services is one of iran’s special needs. in addition to the development of the goods sector, the export of technical and engineering services creates employment, improves the trade balance and economic growth of countries. considering the role of the export of technical and engineering services in improving the economic situation, in this study, an attempt has been made to define a model for the export of drilling technical and engineering services, therefore, the purpose of this research is to design an interpretive structural model for the export of technical and engineering services. it is oil and gas drilling. this research uses mixed methods to design the model, so it is an applied research and is done with the help of inductive and interpretive methods. the population and statistical sample of this research are as follows: in the qualitative section and content analysis of strategic plans and technical and engineering service missions, 22 major oil and gas companies of the world were considered, and twenty-two companies were selected by head count method. were selected also, in a small part of the statistical community, there are beneficiaries and users of the export of technical and engineering services, the number of these people is unlimited. based on cochran’s fitzmol, 384 people were calculated for unlimited communities. with the help of qualitative content analysis, 20 dimensions and 97 indicators were identified. . to test the research and modeling questions, structural-interpretive modeling has been used. after designing the model, the leveling of components and the type of components were described. the modeling level results showed that the first level included the performance of exporting technical and engineering services, export marketing capabilities, committee formation, and the ability to provide services in an integrated manner. the second level consists of three layers, in which there are components of banking services and credit documents in riyal currency, export action and quality goals based on the company’s strategies. the third level includes four components, which include the high committee regarding the prioritization of technical and engineering services, strengthening the financial base, machinery and interactions with the ministry of foreign affairs. the fourth level has an integrated management component. the fifth level has two components of technical and engineering services of wells and consumables required for the implementation of the technical and engineering service contract. the sixth level has three variables: labor force, social security and planning engineering of offshore operations. the seventh level includes the components of export policy in order to gain currency, strategies to enter the company’s international marketing and integrated international technical and engineering certificates.
