نقش حقوق مالکیت فکری در عوامل موثر بر خلق و توسعه کسب و کارهای دانش بنیان خطرپذیر در حوزه مالی

هدف: هدف این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر تدوین و اجرایی شدن حقوق مالکیت فکری بر خلق و توسعه کسب و کارهای دانش‌بنیان مخاطره‌پذیر در حوزه مالی است.روش: به‌منظور بررسی فرضیه‌های پژوهش، پرسشنامه‌ای با 31 گویه بین 305 نفر از کارآفرینانی که اقدام به تاسیس شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مخاطره‌پذیر در حوزه مالی نموده بودند، توزیع شد و از این تعداد 219 پرسشنامه بازگشت داده شد. داده‌های جمع‌آوری‌شده با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مناسب تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: یافته ها نشان می دهند که تدوین بهینه قوانین مالکیت فکری 54 درصد از موفقیت این کسب وکارها را تبیین می کند، در حالی که اجرای صحیح این قوانین سهمی 55 درصدی در موفقیت آنها دارد. این موضوع اهمیت طراحی مناسب و اجرای موثر چارچوب های مالکیت فکری را در تقویت موفقیت کسب وکارهای دانش بنیان برجسته می کند. نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهند که حقوق مالکیت فکری تاثیر قابل‌ملاحظه‌ای بر موفقیت شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان دارد. به‌ویژه، تدوین و اجرای قوانین مرتبط با حقوق مالکیت فکری می‌تواند تاثیر چشمگیری بر موفقیت این شرکت‌ها داشته باشد. به‌طور خاص، حقوق مالکیت فکری در مرحله قبل و پس از تاسیس شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مخاطره‌پذیر، به‌ویژه در حوزه مالی، نقش موثری ایفا می‌کند. همچنین، نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که تدوین بهینه قوانین مالکیت فکری به میزان 54 درصد و اجرای صحیح آن به میزان 55 درصد بر موفقیت این شرکت‌ها تاثیرگذار است.

the role of intellectual property rights in factors affecting the creation and development of knowledge-based business ventures in the financial sector

objective: the primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the formulation and implementation of intellectual property (ip) rights on the creation and development of knowledge-based business ventures in the financial sector.method: to test the research hypotheses, a questionnaire comprising 31 items was distributed to 305 entrepreneurs who had established high-risk knowledge-based businesses in the financial sector. out of these, 219 completed questionnaires were returned. the collected data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods.findings: intellectual property rights significantly influence the success of knowledge-based businesses, as the drafting and enforcement of ip-related laws have a profound impact on their development and growth. specifically, ip rights play a critical role both before and after the establishment of high-risk knowledge-based businesses, particularly in the financial sector. the findings highlight that the optimal drafting of ip laws accounts for 54% of the success of these businesses, while their proper enforcement contributes to 55%. this underscores the importance of well-designed and effectively implemented intellectual property frameworks in fostering the success of knowledge-based ventures.conclusion: this study aligns with prior research and emphasizes the importance of properly drafting and enforcing intellectual property rights. the innovative contribution of this research lies in its focus on two dimensions: the drafting and enforcement of ip laws before and after the establishment of knowledge-based businesses.
