بررسی تاثیر استراتژی مالی بر عملکرد کارکنان با تاکید بر نقش میانجی ‏تحقیق و ‏توسعه‏( مورد مطالعه: شرکت داروسازی فاران شیمی)‏ ‏

هدف: شرکت ها به منظور بهبود عملکرد و کسب مزیت رقابتی،  باید با تدوین و اجرای استراتژی های مالی بهینه و مناسب زمینه و بستر شکوفایی و گسترش فعالیت های تحقیق و توسعه شرکت را فراهم آورند. پیاده سازی استراتژی مالی متناسب با فعالیت های تحقیق و توسعه می تواند به نوآوری و سرانجام عمکرد بهتر شرکت بیانجامد. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت این موضوع هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر استراتژی مالی بر عملکرد کارکنان شرکت داروسازی فاران شیمی با در نظر گرفتن متغیر میانجی تحقیق و توسعه شرکت می باشد.روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش جمع آوری داده ها، توصیفی پیمایشی می باشد. جهت گرداوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. کلیه کارکنان شرکت داروسازی فاران شیمی ‏جامعه آماری تحقیق را تشکیل می دهند.‏ تعداد 169 نفر از جامعه آماری از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در تحقیق حاضر از نرم افزارspss22  و معادلات ساختاری لیزرل برای تحلیل داده استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: ‏: با توجه به مطالعه صورت گرفته و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها، فرضیه های پژوهش، با توجه به معنادار بودن تایید شدندو این نشان دهند آن است که استراتژی مالی بر عملکرد کارکنان در شرکت ‏داروسازی فاران شیمی با میانجی گری تحقیق و توسعه شرکت تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. به تعبیر دیگر استراتژی مالی علاوه بر تاثیر مستقیم بر عملکرد، از طریق فعالیت های تحقیق و توسعه بر بهبود عملکرد به طور ‏غیر مستقیم تاثیر گذار است. زیرا فعالیت های تحقیق و توسعه به طور مستقیم بر عملکرد شرکت تاثیر گذار است. ‏ ‏نتیجه‌گیری: براساس یافته ها پژوهش و با توجه به اینکه‏ فعالیتهای تحقیق و توسعه نقش میانجی ‏ ایفا می کند، مدیران ارشد شرکت فاران شیمی نیاز است در بحث استراتژی مالی، راهبردهای مناسب مالی مربوط به حوزه های مختلف شرکت و به خصوص حوزه تحقیق و توسعه را انتخاب و پیاده کنند تا از این طریق بتوانند در بهبود عملکرد و پیشرفت شرکت نقش بسزایی داشته باشند.

investigating the impact of ffinancial strategy on employee activities ‎with ‎emphasis on the mediating role of research and development (case ‎study: faran shimi pharmaceutical company)‎

objective: : in order to improve performance and gain competitive advantage, companies must provide optimal and appropriate financial strategies to provide the basis for the prosperity and development of the company’s research and development activities. implementing a financial strategy tailored to research and development activities can lead to innovation and ultimately better corporate performance. therefore, given the importance of this study, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the financial strategy on the performance of faran chemical pharmaceutical company’s staff, taking into account the company’s research and development variable. purpose: the purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of financial strategy on the performance of employees of faran shimi pharmaceutical company, taking into account the mediating variable of the company’s research and development.methodology: this paper is an applied research not scrutiny and in terms of data collection descriptive survey. standard questionnaires have been used to compile data. all the employees of faran shimi pharmaceutical company constitute the statistical population of the research169 people from the statistical population were selected as sample through simple random sampling. in this research,structural equation modeling through  lisrel software was used to test the hypothesis and ‎spss software was  used to analyze the data.findings: according to data analysis, since the research  hypotheses were significant, they were confirmed. this indicates ‎that the financial strategy of employee performance in faran chemical pharmaceutical company with mediating effect of  r d activities of the company company research and development has a positive and significant impact. this means that, in addition to direct impact on performance, the financial strategy also has an indirect performance through research and development activities indirect effect on the  improvement of the performance ‎. because research and development activities directly affect the performance of the company.conclusion: according to the findings, whereas, research and development activities ‎play a mediating role, faran company senior executives need to select and implement appropriate financial strategies in the various areas of the company, especially research and development in the field of financial strategy, so that they can play an important role in improving the performance and progress of the company.
