مواجهه‌ی سلبی هوش مصنوعی با فهم هرمنوتیکی شعر فارسی (مطالعه‌ی موردی: ابیاتی از چهار سبک شعر فارسی)

هوش مصنوعی یعنی ماشین‌هایی که می‌توانند وظایفی را انجام دهند که انجام آن‌ها مستلزم برخورداری از هوش انسانی است. این ابزارهای هوشمند، امروزه در قالب برنامه‌های کاربردی سودمند و در حوزه‌های مختلف پاسخ‌گوی خواسته‌ها و نیازمندی‌های انسان‌ هستند. هوش مصنوعی خاصه با پردازش زبان طبیعی در حوزه‌ی علوم انسانی نیز کارکردهای چشمگیری داشته‌ است. حال این ابزارهای مدرن که در پاره‌ای کارها، فراتر از قدرت تحلیل و تفسیر انسان ظاهر شده‌اند، آیا قادر خواهند بود که از پس فهم و تفسیر متن ادبی نیز (در این پژوهش، بیت‌های شعری) برآیند؟ در جستار حاضر که به‌شیوه‌ی توصیفی تجربی نوشته شده‌ است، ابیاتی از چهار سبک‌ خراسانی، آذربایجانی، عراقی و هندی به‌عنوان داده‌ی ورودی برای تحلیل و پردازش به دو ربات‌‌ مدرن و هوشمند «چت‌جی‌پی‌تی» و «بینگ» داده‌ شده تا آن‌ها را تحلیل و تصویر کنند. نتایج این جستار نشان می‌دهد که هوش مصنوعی با وجود موفقیت در حوزه‌های گوناگون، در عرصه‌ی فهم و پرداخت متن ادبی توفیق چندانی ندارد. یکی از سبب‌های ناکارآمدی آن در مسئله‌ی «افق هرمنوتیکی» نهفته است؛ بدین معنی که در فرایند فهم، هوش مصنوعی به‌مثابه‌ی یک مخاطب (عامی) به سراغ متن می‌رود. پر پیداست که در مواجهه‌ی ربات خالی از داده با متن ادبی، هیچ گفتگوی مشخصی درجهت فهم مطلب پدید نمی‌آید.

the negative encounter of artificial intelligence to the hermeneutic understanding of persian poetry (case study: verses from four styles of persian poetry)

artificial intelligence means machines that can perform tasks that require human intelligence. today, these smart tools are useful applications that respond to human demands and needs in various fields. artificial intelligence, especially with natural language processing, has also had significant functions in the field of human sciences. now, will these modern tools, which have appeared in some works beyond the power of human analysis and interpretation, be able to understand and interpret the literary text as well (in this research, poetry verses)? in the present study, which is written in a descriptive-experimental way, verses from four khorasani, azerbaijani, iraqi, and indian styles were given as input data for analysis and processing to two modern and intelligent robots chatgpt and bing to be analyzed and depicted. the results show that artificial intelligence, despite its success in various fields, is not very successful in understanding and processing literary text. one of the reasons for its inefficiency lies in the hermeneutic horizon issue; this means that in the process of understanding, artificial intelligence approaches the text as a (public) audience. obviously, in the face of a robot without data with a literary text, no specific dialogue will emerge to understand the content.
