فراترکیب رابطه هم‌کنشی مدیریت دانش و آینده‌نگاری راهبردی در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان و شرکت‌های فناوری‌محور با رویکرد دلفی فازی

این پژوهش با هدف فراترکیب و تبیین رابطه هم‌کنشی میان مدیریت دانش و آینده‌نگاری راهبردی در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان و شرکت‌های فناوری‌محور، با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد دلفی‌فازی، انجام شده است تا نقش این مفاهیم را در بهبود فرآیندهای راهبردی بررسی کند. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی-توسعه‌ای با رویکرد آمیخته است. در بخش کیفی از فراترکیب پژوهش‌های یک دهه گذشته استفاده شده و در بخش کمی از روش دلفی فازی برای اخذ نظر 23 خبره بهره گرفته شده است. پس از دو مرحله دلفی فازی، 17 مضمون کلیدی از میان 39 مضمون اولیه تایید گردید. این پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه میان مدیریت دانش و آینده‌نگاری راهبردی در قالب مفاهیمی همچون پیش‌بینی تحولات آینده، نوآوری، مدیریت و اشتراک دانش، پاسخگویی به چالش‌ها، راهبردسازی بلندمدت، مدیریت ریسک، شبیه‌سازی سناریوهای آینده، و توسعه مزیت رقابتی پایدار قابل تعریف است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که تعامل مدیریت دانش و آینده‌نگاری راهبردی موجب افزایش ظرفیت سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان برای تحلیل روندهای آینده، تصمیم‌گیری هوشمندانه، و پاسخگویی به تغییرات محیطی می‌شود. این تعامل همچنین زمینه‌ساز نوآوری و ایجاد مزیت رقابتی پایدار خواهد بود. این پژوهش تعامل دو مفهوم کلیدی را در سازمان‌های دانش‌بنیان بررسی کرده و یافته‌های آن می‌تواند به بهبود فرآیندهای راهبردی و آمادگی سازمان‌ها برای مواجهه با چالش‌های آینده کمک کند.

meta-synthesis of the interaction relationship between knowledge management and strategic foresight in knowledge-based organizations and technology-oriented companies with a fuzzy delphi approach

this study aims to synthesize and explain the interactive relationship between knowledge management and strategic foresight in knowledge-based organizations and technology-driven companies. using the fuzzy delphi method, the study examines the role of these concepts in enhancing strategic processes. this applied-developmental research follows a mixed-method approach. in the qualitative phase, a meta-synthesis of studies from the past decade was conducted, while in the quantitative phase, the fuzzy delphi method was employed to gather expert opinions from 23 specialists. after two rounds of the delphi process, 17 key themes were confirmed out of 39 initial themes. the study reveals that the relationship between knowledge management and strategic foresight can be defined through concepts such as future trend forecasting, innovation, knowledge management and sharing, responsiveness to challenges, long-term strategy formulation, risk management, scenario simulation, and sustainable competitive advantage development. the results indicate that the interaction between knowledge management and strategic foresight enhances the capacity of knowledge-based organizations to analyze future trends, make intelligent decisions, and respond effectively to environmental changes. this interaction also fosters innovation and establishes a sustainable competitive advantage. this study explores the interplay between two key concepts in knowledge-based organizations, providing insights that can improve strategic processes and help organizations prepare for future challenges.
