سطح دانش، نگرش و درک پرستاران شاغل در بخش اورژانس بیمارستان ولیعصر (عج) بیرجند در مورد کووید-19

سابقه و هدف: ویروس‌های کروناویروس، خانواده‌ای از ویروس‌ها هستند که می‌توانند از بیماری‌های خفیف تا شدید مانند کووید-19 را ایجاد کنند. این ویروس از دسامبر 2019 به سرعت در سراسر جهان گسترش یافت و به عنوان یک بحران جهانی شناخته شد. پرستاران به عنوان خط مقدم مبارزه با این بیماری، در معرض خطر ابتلا قرار دارند. تعین سطح دانش، نگرش و درک آنها از کووید-19 می‌تواند به بهبود کنترل عفونت و برنامه‌های آموزشی موثر کمک کند.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی مقطعی با مشارکت 58 پرستار بخش اورژانس در بازه زمانی دو ماه، از ابتدای شهریور تا پایان مهرماه 1400، انجام شد. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل فرم مشخصات دموگرافیک، پرسشنامه‌های سنجش دانش، نگرش و درک نسبت به کووید-19 بود. به منظور رعایت پروتکل‌های بهداشتی، برای جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه‌های آنلاین استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: میانگین سن مشارکت کنندگان 6.32± 32.9 بود، 81 درصد دارای مدرک تحصیلی لیسانس بودند. در مجموع 86.2 درصد از شرکت‌کنندگان به‌طور مستقیم با بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 در ارتباط بودند. منابع اصلی کسب اطلاعات شامل 43.1 درصد پزشکان و 25.9 درصد شبکه های اجتماعی بود. میانگین نمره دانش 1.84±19.02، نمره نگرش 2.8±44.32 بود. در خصوص احساسات مشارکت کنندگان در مورد بیماری کووید-19 در دو بخش من در مقایسه با دیگران بیشتر مستعد ابتلا به کووید19 هستم و من از مبتلا شدن به ویروس کووید 19 می ترسم، میانگین پاسخ های موافق مشارکت کنندگان در بخش اول  60.34  درصد بود و در بخش دوم 38.79 درصد بود.نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که پرستاران با دسترسی مناسب به فناوری و منابع اطلاعاتی، در سطح قابل قبولی از دانش و نگرش نسبت به کووید-19 قرار دارند. به‌کارگیری راهبردهای آموزشی موثر و باکیفیت می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران و مجریان در مقابله با پاندمی کمک شایانی کند و در ارتقاء توانمندی‌های پرستاران نقش مهمی ایفا نماید. 

level of knowledge, attitude, and perception of nurses working in the emergency department of valiasr hospital in birjand regarding covid-19

background : coronaviruses are a family of viruses that can cause mild to severe diseases such as covid-19. this virus has spread rapidly around the world since december 2019 and has been recognized as a global crisis. nurses, as the frontline of the fight against this disease, are at risk of infection. examining their knowledge, attitudes, and understanding of covid-19 can help improve infection control and effective training programs.methods: this descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with the participation of 58 emergency department nurses over a two-month period, from the beginning of september to the end of october 2021. the research tools included a demographic profile form and questionnaires measuring knowledge, attitude, and understanding of covid-19. in order to comply with health protocols, online questionnaires were used to collect data.results: the mean age of the participants was 32.9 ± 6.32, 81% had a bachelor’s degree. 86.2% of the participants were directly in contact with patients with covid-19. the main sources of information were 43.1% physicians and 25.9% social networks. the average knowledge score of the participants was 19.02±1.84, the attitude score was 44.32±2.8, and the average agreement of the participants in the first part was 60.34% and in the second part was 38.79%. regarding the participants’ feelings about covid-19 in the two sections, i am more susceptible to covid-19 than others and i am afraid of contracting the covid-19 virus, the average of participants’ favorable responses in the first section was 60.34% and in the second section it was 38.79%.conclusion: the findings indicate that nurses with appropriate access to technology and information resources have an acceptable level of knowledge and attitude towards covid-19. however, statistical differences with other countries indicate that there is still a need to improve related training. employing effective and high-quality educational strategies can greatly assist policymakers and practitioners in combating the pandemic and play an important role in enhancing the capabilities of nurses.
