نقش فناوری‌های مبتنی بر بیسیم در سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی بیمارستان: یک مطالعه مروری نقلی

مقدمه: سیستم اطلاعات بیمارستانی یک سیستم اطلاعاتی یکپارچه و جامعی است که برای مدیریت جنبه‌های اداری، مالی و بالینی بیمارستان طراحی شده است. این سیستم فرایند پردازش اطلاعات بیماران را با استفاده از زیرسیستم‌های بکار گرفته شده انجام می‌دهد. هدف اصلی این سیستم ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران به بهترین شکل ممکن و با استفاده از فناوری‌های بیسیم و مبتنی بر وب می‌باشد. سیستم‌های اطلاعات بیمارستانی هر چه از نظر کیفیت امکانات در درجه بالاتری قرار داشته باشند بهتر می‌توانند به بیماران خدمات ارائه نمایند. با توجه به این موارد بدیهی است که قدم اول در افزایش کیفیت امکانات درمانی شناخت این امکانات و آشنایی با مزایا و معایب آنها می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی و معرفی نقش فناوری‌های بیسیم بر سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی بیمارستانی انجام شد.  روش‌کار: این مطالعه در سال 1400، به صورت مروری نقلی و غیرساختاریافته انجام شد. در این مطالعه، پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی isi، pubmed، scopus، google scholar، magiran و sid مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه برخی فناوری‌های بیسیم مانند کدهای میله ای، صفحات لمسی، مرورگرها، سیستم‌های تصویربرداری از سند، فناوری‌های تشخیص/تبدیل گفتار، کارت‌های همراه، لوح و قلم و فرم‌های الکترونیکی شناسایی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج این مطالعه، استفاده از فناوری‌های بیسیم می‌تواند باعث ارتقاء کیفیت مراقبت و همچنین تسریع امر درمان گردند. در این مطالعه علاوه بر معرفی برخی از این فناوری‌ها، به مزایا و معایب آنها نیز پرداخته شد تا سیاستگذاران و تصمیم‌گیران حوزه سلامت، و مدیران درمانی بتوانند با توجه به آن، شرایط و امکانات مناسب را برای مراکز درمانی تحت پوشش خود فراهم سازند.

the role of wireless technology in hospital information systems

introduction: the hospital information system is an integrated and comprehensive information system designed to manage the administrative, financial and clinical aspects of the hospital. this system performs the process of processing patients' information using the used subsystems. the main goal of this system is to improve the quality of patient care in the best possible way using wireless and web-based technologies. the higher the hospital information systems are in terms of the quality of the facilities, the better they can provide services to the patients. considering these cases, it is obvious that the first step in increasing the quality of treatment facilities is to know these facilities and get to know their advantages and disadvantages. this study aimed to identify and introduce the role of wireless technologies on hospital information systems.methods: this study was conducted in 2021, in the form of a narrative and unstructured review. in this study, isi, pubmed, scopus, google scholar, magiran and sid databases were searched.results: in this study, some wireless technologies such as barcodes, touch screens, browsers, document imaging systems, speech recognition/transformation technologies, mobile cards, tablet and pen, and electronic forms were identified.conclusion: this study showed the use of wireless technologies can improve the quality of care and expedite the treatment process. in addition to the introduction, some advantages and disadvantages of these technologies will be presented so that healthcare providers and managers can provide appropriate conditions and facilities for their medical centers.
