چکیده    Data envelopment analysis (dea), is a non-parametric method for evaluatingthe relative efficiency of decision making units (dmus) with multiple inputs and multipleoutputs. ccr method was proposed for solving dea problems. but ccr method use aself-evaluation mode. the cross-efficiency method not only use a self-evaluation mode,use a peer-evaluation mode. for computing unique weights, the secondary goal modelsuse. in this paper, we use a secondary goal model on cross-efficiency method forcomputing the relative efficiency of decision making units. we suppose the inputs andoutputs are fuzzy numbers.
