In this paper, first we develop a stochastic version of fdh with various returns toscale (rts) assumptions, including variable, non- non-increasing, non-decreasing, andconstant returns to scale (vrs, nirs, ndrs, and crs, respectively) for efficientdecision making units (dmus) with stochastic data. next, a deterministic equivalent isobtained to solve the stochastic model
