fuzzy range directional measure: the pessimistic approach

The main objective of this research is to present a new data envelopment analysis (dea) approach that is capable to be used in the presence of fuzzy negative values. to reach this objective, the range directional measure (rdm) model and necessity measure are applied. it should be noted that the applicability of the proposed fuzzy rdm model is demonstrated by assessing the relative performance of 12 stocks from tehran stock exchange. the results indicate that the presented model is effective for performance evaluation of decision making units (dmus) with fuzzy negative data.
