Insurance is one of the main and important fields of the economy. the main aim of the insurance is to protect people from risks and from dangers. for performance evaluation of uncontrollable inputs and undesirable outputs in insurance, the relevance of dea in developing countries has increasingly engaged the attention of dea researchers in both the industrialized and less developed countries. in our paper, undesirable outputs and uncontrollable inputs are applies in a two-stage dea model together.
