In the present study, a series of different highly stable dess ferrofluid were prepared and used in dispersive solid phase micro-extraction for pre-concentration and measurement of meloxicam in biological samples followed by high performance liquid chromatography. important parameters affecting the des-ff-d-µspe (type and volume of the dess, ph value, the amount of adsorbent, the effect of interfering ions, extraction time) were investigated in detail.
