تحلیلی بر نقش موقعیت جغرافیایی برّی ایران بر اقتصاد دریاپایه

کشور ایران از موقعیت جغرافیایی برّی برخوردار است و بیشتر تحولات و روابط ایران با کشورهای منطقه از طریق خشکی است. ایران همانند بقیه کشورهای دریایی ناگزیر است از مزیت دریاها به فراخور نیاز استفاده نماید. مقاله حاضر نقش موقعیت جغرافیایی برّی ایران بر اقتصاد دریاپایه را مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار داده است. موقعیت جغرافیایی برّی ایران دست­کم در چهار جنبه: الف) فرهنگ و تمدن برّی، ب) گسترش سرزمینی خشکی پایه، پ) جمعیت و سازه­های انسانی محدود ساحلی و ت) عقب­ماندگی تاریخی را در سواحل جنوبی ایران موجب گردیده است. فرهنگ و تمدن برّی، حضور اجتماعات انسانی محدود و ضعف سازه­های انسانی در سواحل جنوبی و عقب­ماندگی تاریخی سواحل جنوبی، در مقایسه با هسته مرکزی و شمالی فلات ایران، موجب عدم شکل­گیری اقتصاد دریاپایه در ایران شده است. خلیج فارس و دریای عمان در این میان نقش متفاوتی در اقتصاد دریایی ایران دارند. سواحل خلیج فارس بیشتر محل تمرکز صنایع سنگین نفت و گاز، فولاد، نیروگاه­های اتمی و سایر صنایع آبی است. در مقابل، دریای عمان بیشتر نقش خدماتی، گردشگری و تفریحی دارد.

investigating iran’s continental geographic location in sea-based economy

iran’s territory is made mostly from lands, and it has land geographic location; most of the developments in iran’s relations with neighbouring states stem from its land geographic location. like other sea states of the world, iran is forced to use seas benefits to meet its needs. this research investigates iran’s continental geographic location in sea-based economy. iran land geographic location has caused: a) land civilization and culture; b) territorial expansion of land-based; c) limited coastal structures and population; and d) historical underdevelopment of southern regions. land civilization and culture resulted in limited coastal structures and population, historical underdevelopment in southern regions in comparison with northern and central regions and also lack of sea-based economy in iran. persian gulf and oman sea have different roles in sea-based economy of iran. persian gulf coasts are a centre for heavy industrials of oil and gas, nuclear power plants and other hydro-industrials, but oman sea has a service role.
