کاربرد باکتری pediococcus acidilacticis در بهبود شاخص های رشد و تغذیه آبزیان

پروبیوتیک­ها، مکمل‌های غذایی میکروبی هستند که از طریق بهبود تعادل میکروبی روده تاثیرات سودمندی را بر روی میزبان دارند. مکانیسم عمل پروبیوتیک‌ها شامل تولید مواد ممانعت کننده از رشد و تکثیر عوامل بیماری‌زا، رقابت در جذب مواد غذایی ضروری، اشغال سطوح روده و ممانعت از استقرار عوامل بیماری‌زا، تامین مواد غذایی ضروری و آنزیم‌های موردنیاز میزبان و همچنین تحریک بیشتر پاسخ­های ایمنی است. باکتری pediococcus acidilacticis گونه­ای از باکتری­های کوکسی و گرم مثبت است همچنین یک باکتری تخمیری است که می­تواند در طیف گسترده­ای از ph، دما و فشار اسمزی رشد کند، بنابراین قادر به کلونیزه شدن در دستگاه گوارش است. نتایج مطالعات نشان دادند که استفاده این باکتری در litopenaeus vannamei ، rutilus kutum و در گونه huso huso سبب بهبود رشد، تغذیه و کاهش ضریب تبدیل غذایی شده­است. پروبیوتیک‌ها در روند رشد و تغذیه آبزی، سبب افزایش وزن، ، بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی و نسبت کارایی بهتر پروتئین می­گردند باکتری­های پروبیوتیک می‌تواننداین اثرات را از طریق بهبود فعالیت هضم به‌واسطه تولید ویتامین­ها و کوفاکتورها و یا از طریق تحریک فعالیت­های آنزیمی ارتقاء دهند. بنابراین بنظر می­رسد استفاده از باکتری pediococcus acidilacticis می­تواند سبب بهبود رشد و شاخص­های تغذیه­ای در بعضی از گونه­های آبزیان شود.
